Purchased a vehicle for my daughter and had a great experience. Brandon was so sweet. He took us on a test drive, stopped and went over all of the features of the car from audio to safety. After the purchase we noticed one of the hubcaps were missing and the rim was bent. Brandon and the service manager made it right. They refused to let my daughter drive off the lot that way. Took my car for service they were friendly. I waited while my car was being serviced and the lounge is nice comfortable and cool. They finished my car quickly only took and hour and also washed it too. Very happy with the service department.

Sales associate Murphy was excellent. He was friendly, courteous, advocated for us, professional, didn't mind that we test drove 5 plus vehicles. No pressure.

I never leave reviews but Ebony and Kevin were so awesome that I had to post about them. I think if Ebony wouldn't have been out on the floor that day I wouldn't have left with a car. Awesome team and so grateful for them for making the car leasing experience as a first time customer seamless.
I actually look forward to coming here to get my oil changed, the guys are always great in service. Very efficient, great attitudes and enjoy a good banter with them as well. Al is the guy I go to see for all vehicle needs, definitely ask for him! This morning Kyle greeted me he was in great spirits and very helpful! :)
Great experience here at Peoria Nissan! Our sales guy Felipe Herrera was awesome and very detailed and new his job very well! Everyone in there was very kind and considerate. Thru even had employees at the entrance who were opening the doors for us the whole 4 hours we were there! Everyone was so friendly it was nice to see that there still are kind people in this world ! My son bought his first new car and they made it a great experience for him! Very pleased with everyone who was there that evening on 11/22/21.
Ive NEVER liked car dealers....until now. I dealt with salesman Matthew Skinner. Down to earth, easy to talk to and very nice. He was very patient and worked with us through buying a new truck. Everyone we dealt with at PeoriaNissan was very nice.
