When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

I dealt with Chris in the service department. If I could give him a zero stars I would. His arrogance was beyond belief. He has obviously been well trained to deceive customers and when questioned he just responds with a smirk and no answers. My days at this dealership are over! Will never return. Good riddens!
Worst sales experience I have ever had! (Reposted after having taken down once due to dealer pressure) UPDATE: (05FEB2025) To say I am upset is a gross understatement. Today I drove 35 minutes back to Peoria Nissan to have them fix the key scratches and rock crack as was previously agreed. I dropped the car at service and walked over to WhattaBurger to get some breakfast while I wait. The service writer calls me and says he needs me back so he can talk to me. My spider sense goes up. When I arrive back, the service writer w... read more
The management at this location are misogynistic and intimidating. I was there to look at a car and got swarmed by not one, not two but 4 male managers. So uncomfortable and will NEVER return to this business. When I called it out the MANAGER SHAWN said what's the issue, it's just a few more guys - ew no. Had no sympathy or understanding for THE CUSTOMERS feelings. Hard pass.
We had a very good experience with the sales person, but the moment we drove the car off the lot it was like we were dirt. We bought a used car and discovered that the front end needed a bolt to keep it on. We took it back the very next day just to see if they can do it, but because it was a used car they wouldn't touch it and as we were driving out of the car lot that very bumper that only needed a bolt to help us, and Make sure it secured, Fell off so now we are stuck with a front end bumper off of the car because they ref... read more
The worst experience this 62 tear old has ever had. Ghosted. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. No call back, no text? I promised number crunching, promised an attempt at a good deal....then NO calls, no text. A day later an apology. 10 years straight I bought every car here at Peoria Nissan. Never again will I be treated so terrible trying to spend $50,000. Sad business plan. Buy Nissan....NO!
I called speaking with Finance in regards to my mother's account that we put me on as well, and the rude guy Literally was unprofessional, short, and at the end he said I don't know who you are bye! His name is Vlad. Rude AF
They do not understand what "Customer Service " means! Here are the examples of why I say this: 1. Salesman - did not review the features of our new vehicle. Never sent the videos we were promised so we had to return to the dealership to get another salesman to go over the features. The salesman also threw in the cargo cover, which was still in the box, in the car- never installed it. He also allegedly made an a service appointment for us- when we arrive they did not have an appointment on the books for us. 2. Sales Manage... read more
Yup, I was going to give them a chance to prove that they're halfway decent. HELL NO... the absolute worst predators taking advantage of people in a tough situation. Will never buy anything there ever again. Even something as basic as a keyfob replacement is an astronomical price. Worst business.
When I went there in my initial inquiry into perhaps purchasing another vehicle, they ask for information saying that they would do a soft credit report on me, which means a credit bureaus don't see it, but they pulled a hard credit report on me. They pulled a hard report as if I were wanting to finance a vehicle. They lied to me about a soft credit check. It wasn't a misunderstanding he flat out lied to me, and that is just wrong. Don't trust them do not trust them.
