This is the 2nd time I've purchased a car here and had a great experience. We weren't in the market for a new car but unfortunately ours broke down and wasn't worth repairing any longer. This isn't the best place to buy a car. I thought these people were genuine. I helped my younger brother buy a used car here. The finance manger that helped us out talked us into a "Preowned Warranty." (For clarification, this is MPP.) He was very convincing. This is Arizona and since this is a used car, we may want the assurance that if the A/C went out in the first summer, we could bring it in and get it fixed. Pretty painless process. My wife knew what she wanted, found it online, online sales agent worked out a payment she was comfortable with and she bought herself a car this past valentine's day. The only issue we had was with the f-bomb the finance guy dropped on us when he finally accepted that we didn't want his warranty. We're not usually that cordial when we're working with thousands of dollars, but, f it... I guess.
10000% better than I went through 3.5 years ago in Scottsdale. Stacey was awesome kind and easy to deal with. His supervisor also. And financing Gave me a better rate through Nissan then my own company Well : 2021, 6 miles on the Truck, 4X4, every bell and whistle you can imagine, 40$ less a month than what I paid on my prior .9% interest... 3 years Of Oil changes gap and The Fancy warranty. I bought my car at Peoria Nissan and I've had a few things that had to be done to it, James Piasecki in the service department is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond when helping me! Do NOT buy from this dealership. I recently went it to purchase my first car, and i found one i liked and filled out the paperwork to buy it, but today i received notification that they sold the truck because i didnt take it home that day. I had to wait for a loan check from my bank so i waited until then to pick it up. They even let me ring the gong and played my favorite song because I had bought the car, or so i thought.
Do not buy a used car from this business. I went there with my son to buy his first vehicle. We signed a contract and bill of sale for said vehicle. As I was waiting for my check through my own financing they sold the truck out from under me. They said since I did not sign backup financing through them they could sell it. This was never explained during any of the process. Then all the did was say they were sorry when they told me when I let them know I was coming to drop off the check and pick up the vehicle. This dealership is a joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a used car. They tell you anything to shut you and they never get back to you. I bought a car from them a few weeks ago. I noticed some cracks and I reached out to the sales person and he told I'll take care of you. A few days later my car door was not locking I told them same excuse. I asked them let me trade my car I'm simply not happy they said you need 7-8 thousand to make it work.
