When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

Lost wife's car after coming in for diagnostic. We dropped off didn't hear from them for 4 days. So decided to call and they didn't know where the car was. Or anything about it. So after they found it they said to call back when Chris was on shift which in my opinion is really unprofessional. If you lose our car you should try and at least work the issue out. Then try and sell us a bunch of services that had nothing to do with the original issue we came in for.
I've brought my car here before and had good service so I returned after speaking with another advisor I was well aware my Frontier had radio issues of randomly restarting when using bluetooth or usb connected. I planned this trip to the service department in advance due to not having time to give up my transportation for extended period. I planned for 3 days as this is a known issue with the Frontier (Nissan has a Technical bulletin on issue) so 2 days at the shop with an early appointment to start. The first day passed and... read more
They promise stuff and kinda are not of truthful. Wish I went somewhere else lesson learned don't go there alone! Always bring someone with you to buy a car so there try to trick you into something you can not afford! Im done
My family has purchased 5 Nissan's from Peoria Nissan. Nothing but nonsense with the last two purchases. Nissan nor Peoria Nissan stand behind the Nissan product. We've had several issues with the vehicles they sell and service one serious issue that could've cost the drivers life or someone's around the vehicle. The service department and the dealership had a ho hum attitude towards the issues and could care less. Basically we just work here we don't make them or stand by the product. I've even caught the service department... read more
Be prepared for unethical practices and techniques when negotiating. Synopsis: They encourage their associates to send texts via their personal cell phone to bait you back into the dealership. When you get there, they have no intention of honoring the offer. Instead, they say "we can not control what our sales people send on their personal phones." Thursday I offered $8,500 cash ALL IN or "out the door" on the 2016 Hyundai Sonata they currently have listed at $8,883 on their website. Friday morning I received a text tha... read more

I purchased a Nissan Kicks a year ago with the regular warranty package and an extra one. Buying experience was interesting. I arrived at the dealership and one of the employees was so aggressive to get to me that I was backed into a pole and my head almost smashed into a sign. Guess I should have left then. However, went inside and found another salesperson. l like the Kicks but buying it was the old "shell game". Numbers were moved around like crazy. I call them people who are cheats and thieves if you don't watch them ver... read more
