I'll never do business here again. Won't even bring my truck here to get serviced! The amount of calls I get about upgrading/trading in or "do you have any friends or family looking to buy" calls... I'm over it! They took it upon theirselves to look at my credit and payment history at my past service and then got rude with me when I declined to trade up.
I would like to give 0 stars as this is The ABSOLUTE WORST dealer in Arizona. I came in last night ready to buy a car. Josh is so pushy and will not let you leave, he didn't respect my boundaries or my time. They kept going back and forth for hours trying to make you a "deal" that doesn't save you anything! Went to look at a car . Was told i could not drive on lot. My wife is handicapped. Done it many times . i have bought cars here before. Never again. I know i would have heard insurance reasons. Want you to get in golf cart. My wifes med in heat is not good. Did not want to hear sales men bullshit
Over $100 for an oil change!!! No tire rotation or a kiss either! Disgusting greed!! for that reason alone, they don't deserve one star.

They are by far the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with a car that was over twenty one thousand and the promises that were made to me by the sales person they will not stand by. In my opinion I would go to a different car dealer very dissatisfied and upset. Go to Jones Ford of Buckeye.
after a week (maybe the day before Christmas Eve) back in 2021 of having the car we were called and said we needed to pay an additional $500 or return the car. We couldn't come up with the money so we returned the car. Since then we keep getting calls from their sales department asking how we like our car still and if we want to upgrade. This has got to be the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Had to deal with 4 different managers to try and buy a car on their lot because they were not responding. Very clear they were shopping it around which is fine but an offer was emailed to me, I accepted the offer, and then they stopped responding to me.
