My family has purchased 5 Nissan's from Peoria Nissan. Nothing but nonsense with the last two purchases. Nissan nor Peoria Nissan stand behind the Nissan product. We've had several issues with the vehicles they sell and service one serious issue that could've cost the drivers life or someone's around the vehicle. Be prepared for unethical practices and techniques when negotiating. Synopsis: They encourage their associates to send texts via their personal cell phone to bait you back into the dealership. When you get there, they have no intention of honoring the offer. Instead, they say "we can not control what our sales people send on their personal phones." I purchased a Nissan Kicks a year ago with the regular warranty package and an extra one. Buying experience was interesting. I arrived at the dealership and one of the employees was so aggressive to get to me that I was backed into a pole and my head almost smashed into a sign. Guess I should have left then. I'll never do business here again. Won't even bring my truck here to get serviced! The amount of calls I get about upgrading/trading in or "do you have any friends or family looking to buy" calls... I'm over it! They took it upon theirselves to look at my credit and payment history at my past service and then got rude with me when I declined to trade up.
I would like to give 0 stars as this is The ABSOLUTE WORST dealer in Arizona. I came in last night ready to buy a car. Josh is so pushy and will not let you leave, he didn't respect my boundaries or my time. They kept going back and forth for hours trying to make you a "deal" that doesn't save you anything!
