When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

The first time my car was sent there one of the employees John screamed at me on the phone and told me multiple that my car is "dead" because he did a inspection that costs $200 that I never approved, my car shut down 3 days after getting it back because clearly my inspection that I received wasn't thorough. They have had my car since June 16th I received a call June 20th saying they've received my part and they will begin working on it. After that the following week John started to tell me that I HAVE to buy a new starter e... read more
Their financing practices have been less than forthcoming. They are very deceptive. I can't believe that they are allowed to continue to their harmful practices.
For them it is just a game but please do not waste your time driving there your vehicle for sale. Your ads as posted stating the correct condition of the vehicle. They contact your and offer a certain amount below the marketplace but, still one can say, it's worth to drive there (they do not send someone to check your vehicle where its parked) and there, they offer you 1/4 of the texted or emailed offer. They have no shame doing that! Please do not waste your time with them! Their location is far away from central Phoenix ... read more
They sold me a bad used car as I went in as a woman with cash, I returned the cars but they still owe me $3,400.00 and they think they can keep it
This dealership has completely gone downhill. I've told them six times not to call me, and yet they continue to harass me (which that looks like a lot of the reviews which I will attach) with calls trying to get me into a new car. Today, I called back to ask why they keep contacting me, and a girl on the phone told me there's no manager on the floor -- which is already hard to believe -- and refused to let me speak to anyone else. When I pushed back on how ridiculous that was, she hung up on me. I tried to call back three t... read more
If you love getting tele-marketed, this is the company for you! I have changed my oil with them a few times over the years and they call me about twice a year trying to sell me a new car. Each time I have had to ask them to remove me from their call list and not call. They ignore it each and every time. This week I have received 4 sales calls from them despite having asked them to stop each time. One on 5/24 and 3 today! I was at the doctor's when the first called today and I sent to VM. They immediately called a seco... read more
I'm still waiting to hear back regarding the check -- whether it was actually mailed and, if so, where it was sent. Can you please confirm the status as soon as possible? It's been some time, and I'd really appreciate an update to know what's going on.
I bought a car back in November. Older car, so I know there will be hiccups. First of all, I get there and the car I want I had to drive from Scottsdale for because online it was listed at a Scottsdale dealership. So I drive 45 minutes to peoria. I test drive the car, all is great aside from the sticker price is listed at around $14,000. Online says its listed for $10,999. No way Im walking out of here paying 14k+ taxes and fees on a 2013. The initial price they came back with was almost 20K out the door for a car listed for... read more
I purchased a car from them 9 months ago . They call me once a month trying to sell me another car or for something else. It's pretty annoying, I drive a truck for a living and don't have time to be answering unnecessary calls.
