About this business

When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

I bought a car back in November. Older car, so I know there will be hiccups. First of all, I get there and the car I want I had to drive from Scottsdale for because online it was listed at a Scottsdale dealership. So I drive 45 minutes to peoria. I test drive the car, all is great aside from the sticker price is listed at around $14,000. Online says its listed for $10,999. No way Im walking out of here paying 14k+ taxes and fees on a 2013. The initial price they came back with was almost 20K out the door for a car listed for... read more

I purchased a car from them 9 months ago . They call me once a month trying to sell me another car or for something else. It's pretty annoying, I drive a truck for a living and don't have time to be answering unnecessary calls.

Last week brought my 2017 Nissan Sentra into Peoria Nissan because there was a noise in trunk area upon left turns. They kept the vehicle overnight and said it was fixed the next day. I picked it up - NOT fixed. Left VM to manager of service, he never called me back. Finally got in touch with Arthur, service tech. Brought car this morning, after battery had died in my driveway. LEMON! Was told I must pay for battery ($200) even though I purchased mechanical extended warranty. I think Peoria Nissan is below standard. I will n... read more

Never again. I'm from CA and bought a Titan from this dealer. After I'm done with the paperwork they just forget about you and let you wait for hours. Bad customer service.

First walking into the service area was meant by the most unorganized and scattered brains -EVER! Oh not to mention rude. i Come out with two dents obviously from a car wash and a scratch on my door from who knows what. They stole my tires caps then denied it! thiefs! When I checked out they had the wrong keys and had to find them! The service people acted like everything that happened was funny the lost keys the tire caps all of it. They were pushy and out of control. They need to fire this whole crew - especially service ... read more

I was working with them on selling my vehicle. Very frustrating experience and I took the opportunity to see what other places would offer. Sure enough I found several places that offered me significantly more money for the vehicle. I'm talking like $5000 plus. Now I've asked them to stop contacting me, but they still will call me and email me despite asking them to stop. I do not recommend you do business with them let alone contact them.

Service Dept. - TAKES ADVANTAGE OF UNKNOWING DRIVERS... My Daughter-in-Law heard a new squealing noise coming from the engine compartment of her Nissan Sentra. My son was stuck at work and he asked her to take it to the dealer. I drove to the dealer to pick her up and arrived while the service manager (Dan) was explaining the problem after the "master technician" made the diagnosis. He indicated the alternator needed to be replaced along with the belt. The service manager was working on the alternator quote, but had indicat... read more
