About this business

When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

(Must Read) I repeat do not purchase from this dealership! It took an entire day to finalize absolutely everything. I am not over exaggerating. I got pre-approved online. I had money down available. I had the stock number of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I came prepared. it's been over a month since I have purchased and my trade in vehicle has not been paid off and it's negatively effecting my credit report. i also have been harassed by the sales representative. He even came to my residents. I never had experienced such ... read more

Do not buy insurance from this dealership. They make it seem like it will be a good cover plan but it is not. My battery died and they wouldn't replace it because it was over 36,000 miles i'm at (38) and they can't replace it until its breaks down. Further, they say you'll get oil changes, you'll only get two. I spent thousands of dollars on warranty and didn't get anything out of it. Buy your own insurance and warranty!!!

I need someone to take a closer look at what's happened here. I was told that purchasing a Nissan Titan--with a $12,000 down payment and trading in my previous vehicle--would keep me from being upside down on my loan. That assurance was a major factor in my decision. However, just six months later, I went to explore a trade-in and learned I owe $75,000 on a truck now valued at only $38,000. Even factoring in a possible $5,000 refund from the warranty I purchased, I'm still about $32,000 upside down. Additionally, I receive... read more

Peoria Nissan Is the Worst Dealership in Arizona I visited Peoria Nissan to check out a Dodge Challenger SXT listed for $14,697. I was first paired with a new, inexperienced Caucasian finance representative who had only been with the dealership a couple months before October 2024. The process felt rushed and unclear, so I walked out without signing anything. Later, someone from their internet team contacted me and said they could "make the loan cheaper"--even mentioning they could get my payment down to $550/month. That ga... read more

The behavior of the used car sales manager John was very rude . He didn't care to try and make a deal the murano and wanted me to look at a rogue. John, the used car salemen told me... read more

I had an appointment for an oil change I showed up 10 minutes early and was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours. I asked "what's the point of having an appointment?" The response was "so you don't have to wait 3-4 hours". I drove across the metroplex (I live in Cave Creek) for this level of service? I will not be back.
