I own a brand new 2024 nissan titan pro4x just made 30,000 miles a/c inop. Went to get service under warranty twice first time clutch fan worked for a day at 109 deg ambient vent runs at 65 degrees and climbs to 80 degrees at a stop light. Took again to Robert luceo per Tennessee nissan tech/ diag. Service run for 2hr in lot interior got to 126 degrees. Got call from Robert tech looked at again press temp all within specs . I had an appointment for an oil change I showed up 10 minutes early and was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours. I asked "what's the point of having an appointment?" The response was "so you don't have to wait 3-4 hours". I drove across the metroplex (I live in Cave Creek) for this level of service? I will not be back.

The first time my car was sent there one of the employees John screamed at me on the phone and told me multiple that my car is "dead" because he did a inspection that costs $200 that I never approved, my car shut down 3 days after getting it back because clearly my inspection that I received wasn't thorough. They have had my car since June 16th I received a call June 20th saying they've received my part and they will begin working on it. For them it is just a game but please do not waste your time driving there your vehicle for sale. Your ads as posted stating the correct condition of the vehicle. They contact your and offer a certain amount below the marketplace but, still one can say, it's worth to drive there (they do not send someone to check your vehicle where its parked) and there, they offer you 1/4 of the texted or emailed offer. This dealership has completely gone downhill. I've told them six times not to call me, and yet they continue to harass me (which that looks like a lot of the reviews which I will attach) with calls trying to get me into a new car. Today, I called back to ask why they keep contacting me, and a girl on the phone told me there's no manager on the floor -- which is already hard to believe -- and refused to let me speak to anyone else. If you love getting tele-marketed, this is the company for you! I have changed my oil with them a few times over the years and they call me about twice a year trying to sell me a new car. Each time I have had to ask them to remove me from their call list and not call. They ignore it each and every time.
