Do not give them your car keys. They will hold you hostage! I found them looking at a vehicle I found online. Within 30 mins. Of asking for more info. I had 3 calls from different sales people at this location. No big deal. I was told I had to make an Appointment to look at the vehicle. Bought a used Jeep from here back in October. After doing a test drive (before I made an offer), I let them know the breaks were squeaking and wanted them fixed if I were to buy the car. Manager said "oh I just sprayed them, that'll go away in a couple days" and that they have to be "70% or above" to pass service inspection in order to sell it. Would give zero stars if I could. Brought in our truck we bought in April with the highest warranty we could get because the heat does not work and a light was on regarding the auto-off. Service said we needed an "oil change" (oil was changed less than a month prior) and charge us over $4k to fix the heater. Well, turns out all that was wrong with the heater was that the truck had almost no coolant and they didn't mention that, or that the cap for the coolant reservoir was just sitting there. Made an appointment for 10am to look at one specific used vehicle with Monica. Unfortunately I was unable to make it in until later in the evening. Took my 2021 Titan prox4 for prepaid iol changes from MPP thru dealer financing. third oil change today and my service advisor Marcus put in wrong info and voided my maintenance contract that I paid $1320.00 for and good till 70,000 miles. My truck this is third oil change and he said he did me a favor and it is free this time but next i will have to pay for. This may be a Nissan Policy but it stinks but one you should know about. Our battery was giving us signs with sluggish starts that it was dying. So we took the vehicle in before we took a long trip to Tennessee and had it checked. We were told it was good. So it died this week, just as we suspected. Thankfully we made the trip with no issue.
