When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

I tried to call the service manager and I left a voicemail and no return phone call. I would NOT recommend this car dealership! I bought a brand new car and already the transmission is going out. They said call Emilio I did I left a voice mail and no call back!! They put horrible CVT transmission in these cars. Do NOT buy from them
I would give no stars if possible. They sell junk and have horrible service. My car has 120k miles on it and has a blown transmission, cracked manifold, bad brakes, shocks and struts are shot, and they won't do anything about it. I have had the car less than a year! Highly do not recommend this crap of a dealership!
We have leased and bought here and I'm dumbfounded by the lack of service and professionalism we acquired recently. From the unprofessional finance department to the lack of management involvement when everyone dropped multiple balls. I'm regretting doing any business here. We really did not want to leave a bad review as our sale rep was very kind and we truly believe this is just lack of judgment and experience from the finance and management teams. Maybe their get free gas with good reviews keeps them from working or maybe... read more
Move on to the next dealership!!! These guys are trash and the prototypical sleazy dealership. They claim they pride themselves on customer satisfaction and their word. Just all talk! Their actions go against everything they supposedly stand for. They are a disgrace to the Berkshire Hathaway name and group. In all reality, this place is absolutely horrendous!!! Just go to the next review, they pretty much have the same thing to say. We worked up a deal and had it all in writing. I even called them and pointed out to the man... read more
They charged me $1450 for LoJack and LoJack upgrade, which they dropped the ball 5 times on either setting up an appointment or calling me back with info on it. I was not told or shown that I was charged for it until I started questioning my contract. After 2 weeks I decided I don't want it, they told it may not be able to cancel. I finally got them to refund it back to my bank. CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS From a concerned consumer
My son sought help from Car Gurus to help me sale my 2022 Hyundai Sonata Limited 1.6T with 17,700 miles. They forwarded an offer from Peoria Nissan on West Bell Rd. offering $28,575. Consequently, I drove to the dealership for inspection and sale of my car. They did inspect and soon pointed out the obvious that the tires were worn, which only reflected the miles originally noted. So I agreed to a deduction for a tire replacement. And so the "Bait and Switch" continued until the offer went to $25,000. Then, when I told my con... read more
Wish I could leave ZERO stars. Purchased a 2016 CRV with 20K miles 4 months ago in April. Began having issues with the A/C not cooling properly once the summer heat came in full force. I notified Peoria Honda last month of my situation which was a waste of breath as they told me there was absolutely nothing they offered to do to rectify the problem. I took the car to a mechanic who said there was a leak and low Freon which cost 300.00. Upon checking the car out further, we were told all four tires were dry rotted (big safety... read more
If you truly love yourself or the family member your helping or buying a car for, don't buy from Peoria Nissan or work with Monica who is in Sales. She sold us a car with several missing parts. She never returned our calls, we found out when we showed up to pick the car up to take it home. Not once did she apologize and we were given the run around on the return of my down Payment after they sold us a lemon.
I thought I had purchased a car with them. I explained that I would take a couple days to get the finances together and then return with the full amount for the car. We agreed on a price and I put down a deposit. I come to find out a week later that the car has been sold out from under me and they are unwilling to give me back my deposit. A headache for two reasons. One that I had to start the process all over again and find another car. Two that they made me have to call my bank, dispute the charge and wait a full 10 days t... read more
