Pet Paradise is by far the best place to board your dog. The staff is absolutely wonderful and caring. They like their jobs and it shows because they love all the animals. Misty the manager is just great and takes great care of everyone. The place is immaculate. I just can't say enough. Run with your pets there if they need to be boarded

I have a small dog that is 16.5 years in age. My work forces me to travel a little. I have lived in TX, SC and now Florida. I visit all the dog boarding and do homework on each location. I can say without a doubt this is the best lodging. My dog always trembled when dropping off as they knew where they were at. My dog loves this play as she is happy when dropping off and happy when picking up. When your dog is at play with other dogs there are several attendants supervising. Tried out Pet Paradise today for grooming on our 2 Aussies. Dee was AMAZING. I recommend booking with her! When we first arrived, there was a little mix-up. The sweet lady at the front desk saw another groomer (Sam) come in while I was doing paperwork. She greeted her, and told her that "her 9am appointment for 2 Aussies is here". Sam then turns around and says "I don't have that on my books, my first appointment doesn't come in till 10:30. Nope! Not doing THAT!" So my 9 week old golden doodle attended the get acquainted free day of play and I absolutely loved the staff and the way he was treated upon arrival and check in. Great service very nice place !

Moving to a new area, it's hard to find a place to take your furbaby. I asked around at the park, and this particular pet paradise was recommended. My pup seems to like it. He's no fan of swimming but likes to police the dogs from the sidelines. Everyone seems very helpful and competent. I love seeing the dog to staff ration on playtimes. Very good.

So today I did my meet the fam day. The onboarding process was super easy. I love that you could book everything on their app which is really easy to use. Took my pet in and they were ready for her visit. Gave me a quick tour then my pupper could stay and play alll day to get a feel for the fun. At the end of the day they give you a report card that lets you know how your pup did with lots of good information. Throughout the day you can spy on your puppy when they are out to play on the webcam. She came home happy and tucker... read more

I was almost scared away by a few bad reviews, but a friend who uses their doggy day care said the management had changed since then and she loves them, so we took a chance and had a great experience. I'm so relieved to have found a reliable safe place to keep our pup when we travel. I've tried several places over the years and am used to the dogs coming back stinky and with stomach issues. Both of my babies stayed there for their get acquainted day and came home tired and happy. They must have had a blast playing with the other dogs. The next day they were going back to get boarded and they were wagging their tails and excited when they showed up at the parking lot. I picked up the dogs after a three night stay and noticed that the blankets and the mats that I provided for the dogs were not used.
