Waited over an hour after my appointment time. What's the point of an appointment...just make it walk in. Whenever I asked how long it would be I got rude answers. It would be a lot easier it they were just honest and up front instead of saying we don't know anything. I will not return to this facility.
The service sucks. I came for a reading. It was 1 person in the lobby and I seen at least 5 employees. I got here at 12:30pm. They seen me at 12:50 for my reading. I needed an X-ray and I'm still waiting and it's 1:41pm. So they come in and say it will be another 10-15 minutes. Why?????? too many workers doing nothing. On top of that they had to stick me 2 times for a reading on my 1st visit. I will not recommend this place for pre employment screening.
I gave a good review after my visit but now that I got a bill from my insurance for this visit, I am retracting that. When I contacted the facility, the billing rep was extremely rude. I spoke to a supervisor who said she was "states away" and that maybe it was just as issue with my insurance company who didn't cover all of it. What a scam. 1) you make an appointment for a Covid test then they insist on an unnecessary "clinic visit" just so they can bill insurance extra. 2) Terrible organization/IT system. I followed all their instructions to register in advance, text upon my arrival, and then was told I got kicked out of line because I didn't come inside to tell them I was waiting--which was because they sent a text saying "wait in your car"
I went for a complaint and saw a PA (physician assistant) who had NO CLUE what to do. It really was a joke. I was prescribed a medication that I most certainly did not need, and was told I had a condition that usually affects males (I am female!). It was laughable. I never told him that I knew that it was impossible for me to have that. I simply went elsewhere and got appropriate treatment.
Warning! This is where you can CATCH COVID! Surprised they let people getting tested for covid, sit around for a long time in the waiting room. Ive been waiting for my test for 1 hour. Other patients here are complaining too. They should have a station outside for this. This isnt safe for the other patients. No windows or doors open! If I test negative today, Im pretty much guaranteed to catch it before I leave! Maureen other people are reporting this problem in their reviews and YOU HAVE NOT FIXED IT!
After they told me to call my Airline to be sure of the time, they told me I lost my spot in line! People here are so RUDE! My appointment is at 12:00 and it's already 1:22. Been waiting for almost an hour and a half. I don't have Covid and they're letting me wait with people who need a Covid Test too. Finally I was seen by Shanae and she was so nice as well as the provider. Presenting symptoms for Physicians Immediate Care - West Loop? Inefficient procedures carried out by rude staff. Scheduled an appointment online, easy enough. Upon arriving at the clinic, the rude woman at the door demanded my credit card before they even began the doorway COVID-19 screen or I get a sentence in edgewise advising them I was a return patient. We take your concerns very seriously and will make sure our clinic manager is aware of what occurred. To clarify, Physicians Immediate Care's screening process is for all patients, not just those coming to us for COVID testing. Once in the clinic, we require masks and physical distancing to make sure everyone is safe. Thank you for your understanding.
Their system for covid testing is horrible. They don't open till 8 and got here at 6am to be one of the first people seen. Even as one of the first ten people they said I won't be done till 1030. Everything is done inside which is a horrible safety protocol. As well as let people cut the line. They make you get a physical first before you get covid tested which means your person after a person entering the same room many people which could totally be positive.
