Arrived early for my appointment as instruction. Waiting over an hour after my appointment time to be seen. When I asked, I was told "Your appointment time gives you a place in line above a walk in. We only have 1 physician and 1 tech so it's hard for us to see everyone on time." So much for the "immediate" in their name. I came here multiple times for same day PCR tests and always got good service. Won't come here again though for illness etc because of the ridiculous wait time.

They stole my money. They didn't want to file insurance claim for me. So I prepaid full amount and filed claim myself. My insurance accepted my claim and wired the coverage around $450 to Physician over 2 months ago. They still didn't pay me back! I called Physician and they agreed to return the money to my card in 24-48 hours, but 3 days passed and they refund me nothing. Is it running a hospital or a crime facility? What if I never called? Considering small claims court, not worth the time, but they should get a lesson. Pl... read more

Will turn you away over payment/insurance. Terrible. Spent my time registering my daughter when I could've took her somewhere else. Never gave option to bill and wouldn't accept paper medical card.

Stay away, stay away, stay away... I had been a customer of Physicians Immediate Care for 5 years and because of this clinic, I will never ever do any business with them. After trying to get a hold of this clinic through the call center 4 times and failing(because they never let patients call their clinics directly) I went to the clinic in person and the front desk worker did not know how to speak with a customer. She was very dismissive, disrespectful and condescending with me as if she was talking with a little kid. When I... read more

Wait times are onerously long even with an appointment. I waited for over an hour. Got seen after the clinic's hours were closed and then didn't get my time-sensitive prescription filled until the next day as a result. Called to ask them to cancel the prescription and they ended up ordering a second one instead of cancelling the first and told me to call the pharmacy directly to cancel claiming they had already cancelled it (they hadn't).

Worst experience I've ever had. Made an appointment for 11:30am took two hours before I was lead into a room, then was waiting for the physician assistant for another 30 minutes. When I asked when I would be seen, the provider was extremely rude telling me I still had to wait another 20 minutes in a rude manner. At that point, I didn't even want to be seen by a person who treated me like that and left. On my way out the provider rudely said "feel better". Avoid this place.

One star is generous. On their website they take BCBS and it lists the groups they accept. At their office they REFUSE to accept insurance and charge $240 for a covid test that costs 2 for $23 at CVS. I feel terrible for people who are poor and don't have insurance and have to use these shitty providers. They are trying to keep their doors open and survive as a business instead of prioritizing helping others.

Waited over an hour after my appointment time. What's the point of an appointment...just make it walk in. Whenever I asked how long it would be I got rude answers. It would be a lot easier it they were just honest and up front instead of saying we don't know anything. I will not return to this facility.
