I brought my 90 year old mother to the facility on Cumberland Avenue in Norridge for severe foot pain. We were a “walk-in” and were able to be seen immediately. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming & even opened the doors for us on our way out. The PCT was kind & gentle getting vitals. The physician was patient, understanding & knowledgeable. The medicine prescribed helped within 12 hours & my mom was pain free! I highly recommend WellNow clinics!
After cutting open my finger, having it bleed profusely, and having to quickly decide where to go for care, I was glad to discover that Physicians Immediate Care does stitches. It's much quicker, easier, and cheaper than an ER visit. The MA (sorry I didn't get your name) and the Nurse Practitioner Michelle were excellent, caring, and made a difficult situation a lot better. As an MA myself, I highly recommend this place! It's clean, efficient, smells amazing, and has great staff.
A compassionate and efficient staff delivers excellent care. Michelle Kowalski is a dedicated medical professional leading the clinic. The support staff were friendly and helpful. I'm thankful I visited and received assistance for my respiratory issue.
EDIT- back office communication was way better. BUT I wasn’t seen until 12:55, an hour and 25 minutes after appointment time. Guy came in after we all told the receptionist communication would be helpful and she said nothing to him about added wait times. She just yells (doesn’t even get up) “IZZY!” from the front desk and has someone else speak to those of us that were stressed. In room TV’s also off. All the staff was wonderful and so helpful. They are timely and communicative. The front desk helped with my paperwork and verified my insurance and copay quickly. The triage nurse was fast and caring. Dr. Alde listened and did not take my ailment lightly. He was very kind and understanding. And the Rad Tech was kind and gentle. I don’t hope I have to go there again but if I had to I know I will be well taken care of at Physicians Immediate Care. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Alde.
