During a short vacation, WellNow Urgent Care ****************, NYserved as my emergency place for asthma care. The office staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making check-in and getting me into the examination room quick and smooth.Dr. **** **** is relatable and put me at ease; I felt comfortable and confident in his care. The staff were also very friendly.Overall, Wellness Urgent Care is a trustworthy and excellent provider. I highly recommend it for emergency care needs.

I had a great experience at Physicians Urgent Care in ******, **, at 22nd and ***************, on Friday, May 23. ******* was so kind to me. I came in with a bladder infection and he prescribed an excellent antibiotic that cleared it right up. The other staff members were so nice to me, also. ******* was so helpful to me and so was the young lady at the front desk. ******* sent the sample to the lab, and I quickly received a phone call from ******** telling me the antibiotic would be the one to get me better. The well now in *************** is outstanding all of the girls are pleasure to be seen by and very very nice and relatable I never like going to well now but the nurse is definitely make it better

I would like to give a big thank you to the staff at the ******************************** office Fariya and Taya went above and beyond on 7/3/24 as the office was about to close when I arrived requesting a DOT job form They located the form and sent me on my way thanks a lot for being so helpful and kind.

The positives, this place is clean and they took me on time for a scheduled appt. Staff demeanor average and the doctor friendly. Negatives: it was a waste of my money and time. Misdiagnosed a pretty simple problem. All symptoms of a kidney stone which I thoroughly explained (debilitating side pain, vomiting profusely followed by 2 weeks of bladder pain and feeling of uncontrollable full bladder). March 22, 2026 Around 3 PM, I started to experience a visual curtain in my right eye. The darkness proceeded to last over an hour, in which time I decided to seek medical attention. I received very nice care while I was at well now. And then I got my bill. After negotiating rates with the insurance company they wanted to charge me close to $900 to diagnose a urinary tract infection. When I research the medical codes it appears that the most expensive test is actually even considered experimental and all of the remaining but one are not considered medically necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection.

Avoid this place at all costs! They will try to overcharge you just hoping you pay it and not realize that you have been overcharged. I called the customer service and was treated horribly and the guy kept over talking me when I was trying to ask questions. In the end, I was overcharged $131.61. Lets do the math:Total cost for visit: $405 Insurance paid: $205 Total Patient Payments: $200 Balance owed: $0 Receive a new bill in the mail for $131.61 The math doesnt add up!AVOID THIS PLACE
