During a short vacation, WellNow Urgent Care ****************, NYserved as my emergency place for asthma care. The office staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making check-in and getting me into the examination room quick and smooth.Dr. **** **** is relatable and put me at ease; I felt comfortable and confident in his care. The staff were also very friendly.Overall, Wellness Urgent Care is a trustworthy and excellent provider. I highly recommend it for emergency care needs.

I had a great experience at Physicians Urgent Care in ******, **, at 22nd and ***************, on Friday, May 23. ******* was so kind to me. I came in with a bladder infection and he prescribed an excellent antibiotic that cleared it right up. The other staff members were so nice to me, also. ******* was so helpful to me and so was the young lady at the front desk. ******* sent the sample to the lab, and I quickly received a phone call from ******** telling me the antibiotic would be the one to get me better. The well now in *************** is outstanding all of the girls are pleasure to be seen by and very very nice and relatable I never like going to well now but the nurse is definitely make it better

I would like to give a big thank you to the staff at the ******************************** office Fariya and Taya went above and beyond on 7/3/24 as the office was about to close when I arrived requesting a DOT job form They located the form and sent me on my way thanks a lot for being so helpful and kind.

I went there for a ************ took longer to fill out the paperwork than it did for the 10 minutes of doctor consultation. They didn't do anything other than say I needed to see a specialist. I have insurance but they still sent me a bill for $400 which I still have not resolved with them. They keep saying they are waiting for payment from the insurance ************** been over 2 months now. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

At ******************************. With an online appointment the wait is 2-2.5 hours even though the app says I am ready to be seen at check-in. Receptionist is eating while checking in patients and appears to have respiratory symptoms and not wearing a mask! Receptionist says it will do no good if they were to call me when ready to be seen and I must wait 2 hours in waiting room. There should be a better notification system to alert sick patients when they are ready to be seen by providers. But they did take my $75.00 co-p... read more

This company is a scam. I visited WellNow in September of 2025 for a UTI that I knew was a UTI, I just needed a doctor to prescribe me medicine. The doctor proceeds to grill me about possibly being pregnant, having STDs, etc. I repeat that its none of that and I know its a UTI. She says okay and gives me the urine test. In October, I received a $215 bill for the visit, the urine test, and a pregnancy test. I visited WellNow Urgent Care in ******** on Friday, 12/12/25 for a very painful foot. I'd made an appointment for 9AM and arrived just prior. The receptionist was struggling with registering another patient while I stood, unacknowledged. After about 15 minutes I hobbled to a chair. When the registration issues were resolved for the previous person I was acknowledged. The receptionist quickly found my information and led me to an exam room.
