The service is good. They are prompt and attentive, BUT they need to really change this check in process. Noone has the gas to spend sitting in their car in the cold or heat to keep cool or stay warm. It's wasteful. I may have to start waiting until Monday to see the family doctor or go to the ER if I can't.

Came here for DOT physical, place clean, friendly, easy to get in and out, about 30 minutes wait, was a walk in ( which was not bad) they do take appointments Give 4 stars for ease and convenience

This Physicians Urgent Care is always great! Every time I've gone there it's always very clean, and i've never once had an employee be anything but kind. Last time I went here the employees were being miss treated by A patient and she kept her composure and responded in kind. Thank you so much to Ciara who was so nice and gave me the names of the employees that helped me. So thank you to Sierra Alyssa and Katie Who are doing a above outstanding job and I hope your bosses lets you know that! :)

Traveling from New York to California and got strep. Stopped here to get diagnosed & medicine, couldn't have been treated nicer. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and even got my prescription right in the office. So impressed by the hospitality and efficiency, would recommend.

I wish that they had a regular doctors office (not urgent care), because the staff, and medical team are awesome thus far! I have had multiple visits due to almost every doctors office out here closes at 5pm, and will not fit you in the schedule, etc... I love there hours of operation too!!!!!!!

Giving 3 stars simply because of the medical staff on the night of 11/09/17. The staff working this morning, 11/11/17 is rude and unprofessional. The receptionist slammed the paperwork on the counter and was rude to patients in person and on the phone. If it were based solely on today's visit they would be getting 1 star. Will look into other urgent care facilities or getting the ER charge on my insurance.

First time at Physicians Urgent Care Mishawaka. Needed quick treatment and I got it. First went to Med Point but they couldnt give me a cortizone shot. Called South Bend Clinic and they couldnt help either. Called and asked Physicians Urgent Care Mishawaka and was informed it was up to the Doctor. This place is a Godsend. I was in a room to see a Doctor within 30 minutes and out of the building back in my car within the hour. Professional & courteous staff. Acknowledged immediately upon arrival. Kept informed as to what was being done and why, by nurse, and PA. Advised that I didn't have the flu as confirmed by a test. Prescribed a Zpac, and recommendation of an OTC cough medicine.

Each and every staff member I came in contact with were polite, friendly and proficient at their jobs. I waited a very short time to be seen, which is very uncommon from my experiences at various urgent care facilities. I was seen by a nurse practitioner for a pre-work physical. My N.P. Marci was excellent, very friendly and quick but through. When I was finished and on my way out the physician on duty made sure to wish me good luck and congratulations on my new job.
