Forget making a reservation - it means nothings. If you need to go just go and plan on waiting awhile unless the office is not busy. The staff are very nice but not enough staff to handle the number of people who come in.

During a short vacation, WellNow Urgent Care ****************, NYserved as my emergency place for asthma care. The office staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making check-in and getting me into the examination room quick and smooth.Dr. **** **** is relatable and put me at ease; I felt comfortable and confident in his care. The staff were also very friendly.Overall, Wellness Urgent Care is a trustworthy and excellent provider. I highly recommend it for emergency care needs.
I had a great experience at Physicians Urgent Care in ******, **, at 22nd and ***************, on Friday, May 23. ******* was so kind to me. I came in with a bladder infection and he prescribed an excellent antibiotic that cleared it right up. I would like to give a big thank you to the staff at the ******************************** office Fariya and Taya went above and beyond on 7/3/24 as the office was about to close when I arrived requesting a DOT job form They located the form and sent me on my way thanks a lot for being so helpful and kind.

This urgent care is amazing! Great staff and doctors. I highly recommend this urgent care.
I went in for one test, they did three without telling me. My insurance will only cover the one test, and now I owe 1000's of dollars to Wellnow in what seems to be a scheme to **** customers out of money.

If I could give "0" stars I would! Worst Urgent care ever!! Staff was very unprofessional and when I said they were not compassionate, a staffer (********) said no urgent care it?! That same staffer, ********, was the staff person who took my vitals. She wrote everything down on a PAPER TOWEL?! I waited over 55 minutes to be seen, and when she told the doctor my symptoms, the doctor said I should go to an ER since she could not diagnose me without it. THEY STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! They set up scheduled payments using my credit card even after the office I was seen at confirmed I had no charges after my actual visit. DO NOT USE WELL NOW LOCATIONS. The office I visited did not advertise as Well Now. Check the WellNow website for locations to avoid having your credit card information stolen.
