I went there for a ************ took longer to fill out the paperwork than it did for the 10 minutes of doctor consultation. They didn't do anything other than say I needed to see a specialist. I have insurance but they still sent me a bill for $400 which I still have not resolved with them. They keep saying they are waiting for payment from the insurance ************** been over 2 months now. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

At ******************************. With an online appointment the wait is 2-2.5 hours even though the app says I am ready to be seen at check-in. Receptionist is eating while checking in patients and appears to have respiratory symptoms and not wearing a mask! Receptionist says it will do no good if they were to call me when ready to be seen and I must wait 2 hours in waiting room. There should be a better notification system to alert sick patients when they are ready to be seen by providers. But they did take my $75.00 co-p... read more

This company is a scam. I visited WellNow in September of 2025 for a UTI that I knew was a UTI, I just needed a doctor to prescribe me medicine. The doctor proceeds to grill me about possibly being pregnant, having STDs, etc. I repeat that its none of that and I know its a UTI. She says okay and gives me the urine test. In October, I received a $215 bill for the visit, the urine test, and a pregnancy test. I call WellNow to dispute the pregnancy test charge, since I said it wasnt needed, and they give the whole you signed ou... read more

I visited WellNow Urgent Care in ******** on Friday, 12/12/25 for a very painful foot. I'd made an appointment for 9AM and arrived just prior. The receptionist was struggling with registering another patient while I stood, unacknowledged. After about 15 minutes I hobbled to a chair. When the registration issues were resolved for the previous person I was acknowledged. The receptionist quickly found my information and led me to an exam room. Shortly, a tech entered, took my information, and left to check with her "provider". ... read more

I sought medical assistance at the Wellnow Urgent Care clinic in *********, **. I made an appointment online for my lunch hour. When I got to my appointment I was told they already had 8 customers before me who were all walk ins which would push my appointment back by a "few hours." I waited 3 hours until they were able to bring me back and see me. I was told my lab results would be in the system within ***** hours. After 5 days, I still did not have lab results in the system. I contacted WellNow's customer service via their... read more

Went into urgent care on 9/5/25 representative ran real time eligibility report and it came back inactive said I have to pay out of pocket $175 which is the charge for someone not covered. Paid the amount with my HSA card from my insurance company. Received text staying they are trying to charge same card and I authorized a payment which I did not. Called billing and first time representative told me they submitted a claim (not eligibility to the insurance and they denied it) asked for a supervisor and she hung up. Second ti... read more

Most clinics will run your insurance and tell you if they accept your insurance and how much you would have to pay out of pocket up front. This place does not do that. You can ask them and they will tell you yes we accept your insurance even if they don't. And if you ask if you owe anything they will tell you upfront. No that is not that case they will just send you a bill and make you pay a small fee upfront which they don't give you a receipt for, mind you. So you go ahead and get seen and leave. Under the impression you d... read more

The staff at the office was nice. The billing is awful. Had an appointment in June paid my copay and in August got an email they were charging me another $325 the next day. I called immediately and found they did not bill my insurance even though I gave the information at the visit even a copy of the card. I was advised on the call they would submit to insurance and not take the money. Well they took the money and still have not submitted to insurance after multiple calls from me and my insurance asking for the claim to be s... read more

Billing has been a nightmare. I paid in full in June, when I visited the clinic. I got a bill in September saying I hadn't paid; autopay (which I did not sign up for!) withdrew $241 that same month; I got another bill in October acknowledging my June payment but saying I still owed money. After many long calls with their call center I finally got an email on 11/4 acknowledging that they owe ME money now.......and then started getting calls from a collections agency on 12/30. This is still not resolved. Go elsewhere for your ... read more
