Real rating is less than 1 star! I received an invoice for services rendered to my grandson after his insurance paid its contracted amount. The invoice was for the balance that the insurance did not pay. I have no copay - insurance is ********. I spoke with a billing representative who advised me that I was responsible for the balance. I made an appointment because I havent been feeling well for days. It was only getting worse. I go online and set up the appointment! Easy! I brought my license and insurance card. Let me start off by saying that we were pleased with the visit at your clinic in ************. But... 1. We were not informed when registering that our insurance was not accepted. 2. Your business DOES NOT send out invoices/bills for balance due. Who does that???3. Almost a year after my daughter was seen, she is receiving calls from a collection company for an unpaid bill that WE had NO knowledge of. She was seen Dec of 2024. You really should rethink your procedures. I can guarantee I WILL NOT use your services ever again.
Was charged for wrong service. Supposed to be a code error. After calling numerous times, being hung up on, asking to speak to a supervisor and waiting on hold for over a hour, was told that my refund was being processed. Had an employee go get a pre-employment drug test 11/6/25 and it is now 11/13/25 still now results. So my employee has not been able to work all week. Nobody at the Clinic in ****, ** has a clue...totally useless. I have been fighting this situation with WellNow for over a year now. Last year I was on my employer's insurance then switched over to my husband's new insurance through his teaching job.
