If I could give no stars, I would. WellNow provided terrible medical services to my daughter and charged me $1,000 when they should have billed my insurance company, but did not. Many excuses later (billing ticket created with no followup, they cant call my insurance company for whatever BS reason, etc, etc). Run fast from this organization!

They are now threatening to send us to collections even though they have consistently been making billing errors. Dont take a job with the private urgent care. They charge patients too much for care. They dont have enough employee **urage. They dont have supplies. They dont treat their employees fairly. Take management word or their employees. No union and over worked and underpaid! Barely got breaks and lunch. Cleaning bathrooms and scrubbing floors! Very high school work environment! ************************* location. Absolutely shameful. Made an appointment for 10:10 and over an hour and a half later. Still not seen. No one gives a s*** and it's the absolute worst experience I've had at an urgent care... And that's saying alot
I went in for a simple UTI. The staff was great. But not $800 great. The bill had tests on it that do not need to be done for a uti. There was no urinalysis even on the bill. Im a nurse and look at results of these tests daily and have never seen anything like what they billed for on one. Its disgusting. I will leave a negative review everywhere I can and warn people on every social media I can to not go there.

****************. This claim was never submitted to my insurance company. When I contacted them to have it submitted, they were reading from a script and would not transfer me to a supervisor for help when I repeatedly tried to tell them that the bill was not sent to my insurance company. I was also told that there is no one in the ** that I could speak with regarding my bill. This was after I was repeatedly spoken over by someone in ***** that was robotic, hard to understand, and rude. I will not go to this clinic again.
I experienced the same fraudulent billing practices that many others have reported about WellNow ************************** Before my visit, I called their office to confirm that my insurance was accepted and was told that my total cost would be $60. Shady billing practices at ***************, they tell you you dont have to pay again if you come back within 7 days BUT then they bill you, terrible that they take advantage of people that cant afford healthcare insurance. They really should be ashamed!!!!
