I have to say, overall, we had a great experience. John was great and very helpful, and the general manager, Gerry, was awesome. The finance department I can do without. Pushy and condescending; they made an otherwise exceptional experience less so.
This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Pinnacle Nissan and were very pleased with the way we were treated on this most recent visit. Cameron was knowledgeable about the model we were interested in, and explained all the newest features and safety measures that have been added to the new model of Maxima we were looking at. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and seemed eager to help. Michael Wykoff approached us as we wandered around the lot Friday evening in a pleasant manner and offered his assistance. I leased a new car from them yesterday. This is my fifth new car purchase and I have to say this was the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. The salesman Michael Turcotte was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He even helped wash/detail my car so I could get my car faster. Doug has been a great service representative. Over the years he has always made sure that we recieve the best service on our Nissan automobiles - we have three of them (down form four). From scheduled maintenance to unexpected issues, Doug always gets us scheduled, gets us in and out on time.
The staff at Pinnacle Nissan were so helpful and wonderful. They answered all my questions, they helped get me the best deal and made my car buying experience great. If your looking for a new or used car go see them. When you go ask to work with Eric Runyon or Wayne Johnson in sales and in finance ask for Christopher Gamboa Or Gerry Truax. All were very knowledgeable and great to work with. Im very happy with my new car. When I buy my next car I'm definitly going back there.
Doug Barsell is the reason that I service my car at Pinnacle Nissan. He is the most professional, patient, caring and organized, service advisor, that I have worked with at any dealership. He calls you and gives you a progress report as the car is being worked on. Pinnacle Nissan needs more Doug Barsell's there. The only thing that I have issue with, is the pricing, that seems high to me.
