Doug Barsell is the reason that I service my car at Pinnacle Nissan. He is the most professional, patient, caring and organized, service advisor, that I have worked with at any dealership. He calls you and gives you a progress report as the car is being worked on. Pinnacle Nissan needs more Doug Barsell's there. The only thing that I have issue with, is the pricing, that seems high to me.

Both Michael and Cookie were a pleasure to work with. My only complaint would be that the process took too long. I was purchasing a leased vehicle. So there was no dealing and I was paying cash so there was no financing. The process still took 3 hours.
Very friendly and helpful Sales Consultant, Eric. We bought a Hybrid vehicle and he was very knowledgable about it. We had some questions about financing that Tommy and Laura were able to help us with. I had a moonroof installed in my new vehicle and am very happy with that and the service given by Doug in the service dept. I will be having my vehicle serviced at this Nissan dealership in the future, oil changes etc.
I recently purchased a brand new Nissan Murano from Pinnacle Nissan and my sales person was Robert Jellison. On the day that I purchased my vehicle, I was simply going to the dealership to "sit in a Murano"... although I was looking to purchase a vehicle, I didn't think it would be that day. Kendall was very helpful and informative. He had great follow up and returned our calls. Cookie was great in finance. She is very knowledgable and has a fun personality. They knew our time was valuable and got us in & out. We purchased a new 2010 Nissan Rogue. Thanks for a terrific experience.
Brought my car in for service today and received great customer service that was fiendly and my overall experience was great. Had an oil change and tires rotated that took less than and hour. They washed my car, had a cup of coffee in a pleasant air conditioned waiting room. The cost was average, I used a dealer coupon.
I was pleasently surprised that my problem with my new truck purchase was taken care in a very timely manner. Laura Grandinett assured me that Pinnacle Nissan DOES want to take care of their customers. She has been following up to make sure that my concerns have been addressed. Hopefully it will all work out and I'll be happy with my new truck purchase from Pinnacle Nissan.
We always receive excellent service from Pinnacle. We have purchase 3 vehicles and really would not consider going any place else. Gabe (Flores), was professional, courteous and friendly. Kudos to Pinnacle and the employees! The receptionist was most friendly as well.
