NOEL ESTRADA IS AWESOME ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND DOES WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB DONE THEY HAVE COME A LONG WAY THE SERVICE DEPT IS DOING SO MUCH BETTER I HAD VERY BAD EXPERIANCE PRIOR BUT SINCE I HAVE DEALT WITH NOEL THE SERVICE HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING THANK NOEL YOU NEED A RAISE !!!!!!!ALSO THE SALES SIDE STILL NEEDS WORK THEY HAVE ISSUES BUT AS FAR AS SERVICE THEY GET A A++++++++++++

Everytime I have taken my Rogue in for service Noel Estrada has gone out of his way to ensure I have an outstanding experience. My last visit was for an oil change and inspection and I asked him about getting the windows tinted. He said they could do it that morning in 4 hours. The job was completed in a couple of hours with outstanding quality, the windows appears as if the glass was tinted instead a film being applied for tinting. I cna honestly say I have had a better experience on the service side than sales. Everything from my service experience was just smooth as silk. Noel warmly welcomed me, the staff in the waiting area was very friendly, and cashier waited patiently for me to finish my phone call before paying. The only thing I'd really like to see - and its minor - is the prepackaged half & half for coffee instead of the powder.

My car engine smelled like something rubber was burning so I stopped by the service department to check it out. I did not call for an appointment and was glad to be warmly greeted by several service advisors. I explained the problem to Noel and he agreed that something did smell like burning rubber under the hood. In just a few moments he had my car history available and off went my car to the service area. When I bought my new 2009 370Z I have to admit I wanted the convenience of making the deal with one of the Nissan dealerships much closer to me than Pinnacle. I live in Mesa, not far from Earnhardt and frequently drive right past Riverview on my work commute. The only dealer in the state with an inventory of the new Zs big enough to have the exact one I wanted was Pinnacle. I came in today for a scheduled oil change and for some other small concerns. Noel Estrada listened to all of my questions and concerns and addressed each one. He was helpful, courteous and efficient which put me at ease for the time I spent there. As a repeat customer I highly recommend the professional services of Noel Estrada and the Pinnacle Nissan staff.

Noel Estrada provides the best service of any service providers that I've had the opportunity to work with. He provides good honest service and does what it takes to make sure the customer is satisfied! We don't know what we'd do with out Noel! He keeps are cars running!

I inquired about leasing a Nissan Rogue on the internet. Within a half an hour, I received a call from the sales manager at the dealership. He listened to my needs and made an appointment for me to come in and see/test drive the vehicle that same day. He also told me about the incentives going on (which later got me a free ipad!). I was impressed that there was little to no wait time. I brought my car in to be serviced, signed in for a shuttle service back to work and waited maybe 3 minutes. Overall really good experience. I would recommend them going above the promised time of call of completion since he told me a time and I waited for the call an hour later than the promised time. That makes your customer anxious like there is a real problem and the trust and faith in good service goes down.
