Woo Hoo! I decided to buy a convertible & had done a lot of research & was at the point of doing test drives. I stumbled upon a 2012 Lexus IS on the internet at Pinnacle Nissan with VERY low miles. Great new car sales experience - Rudy Mendoza Dealership was great from first time in the door until left with new vehicle. No high pressure sales. Told them what I wanted. Rudy was great & helpful Rudy was very helpful in providing me with options for a new Rogue that I was looking at. I didn't visit the dealership in person, (was considering buying from here from out of state) but my father did and dealt with Rudy as well. I was very pleased with his quick responses with emails and phone calls with updates on new models and prices. He never pressured my father or me into doing anything, just was very thorough with providing information. Would recommend dealing with him if you visit Pinnacle!
