Took my BMW in for an oil change. Immediately drove back. The plastic cover re0laced with broken clips was rubbing on my tire. Smelled like burned rubber. Also my light tan leather interior filthy with black fingerprints and scuff marks on driver side door, and seat. Also my rear shade that ive never touch was broken. I was told by service guy it must have always been broken. And tried to blame me.

***Update to the 'owner' response(8/15):Why would the hundreds of us complaining have any faith that this person you are directing us to contact in your cookie-cutter response, will be any different than the ones you already employ? I live in North Scottsdale. Truck needed AC charge.. Dans estimate @ Nissan $5600! My Extended warranty fixed it for half that @ another dealership because once pinnacle Nissan found out I had an extended warranty and they weren't gonna be ripping me off they gave me the runaround for three weeks about the parts not being in yet @ when I came in for my appointment, they told me the mechanic that was going to fix my truck was in California getting schooled! The service department broke during this visit and was replaced. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change and replacing two filters. This completely messed my whole day up. This is not efficient and I can’t waste my time like this in the future. $200 for an oil change and filters. Very expensive and over priced.
Terrible Experience. Purchased a used certified 21 Nissan Altima SR that has problems within 3 months of purchase. The front brakes are shot, the right turn signal bulb burned out, the driver side back door will not open, and a cigarette burn that was patched in the front driver seat pealed off so was covered up by the dealer or previous owner.
