WASTE OF TIME!! After working over the phone with the dealership several times, I made an appointment to bring my husband in so he could see the vehicle and sign the papers with new. Everything that I was promised over the phone from the vehicle type, including loan rate are completely different. Yes!, you *can* get that lemon! Yes, they'll go the extra mile to put you in a car. They'll find financing. I was told there were a few to choose from with my credit and finances which I related ahead; on the lot I was shown a beautiful car and asked to see the others and was told this was the only car I could buy. "Serious lack of communication and horrible service" Worst experience yet. They sold me a used car without checking to make sure everything was working properly. My aux input does not work and when notified within the same month of purchase, I kept getting told they will check into the issue and get in touch with me. Wish there was a 0 star rating My wife and I bought a car for her that 3 days later she decided was too much of a car for her. She was told by Herb that she could come in and exchange the vehicle for something that fit her better. There was no exchange, they wrote up a new transaction and therefore we had zero equity in the car and lost our down payment. promises never kept Purchased a used car and had 3 items on "We Owe" list and it has been now 12 weeks since the purchase and I have only received several promises, I mean excuses, on getting the items. Noel and his service dept So went to service my Nissan and was told go somewhere else when I asked why Noel tells me that I been giving bad reviews and they can't help me really . Perfect Example of bait and switch I would give a zero star if possible. Classic story of bait and switch. I found a Vehicle (for my second car) on line priced very well and below K.B.B. Tent Sale Rip Off I am 68 years old and bought many cars in my life time but I have NEVER been treated as poorly as I have with this dealership. They are liars and cheats.
