Worst sales team They are the worlds worst fraud ppl. They tried to sell an 37k driven car saying it's a brand new car when I found that they just diverted me to another vehicle. Finance team is very much keen on making u buy the car for higher Apr. which they don't reveal until u sign the papers. U end up many times at around 13% APR
Disappointing Got to drive a couple of used vehicles, but their prices are not competitive and they try and rip you off with excessive dealer fees and extras, even for used cars. Total BS... Got a much nicer car for cheaper elsewhere. Don't waste your time here.
Unhappy customer We bought a Nissan Altima 2013. Today we went back for the 2012 Hyundai Veracruz, after calling and making an appointment to see it. The salesman Edgar Bustillos called us to confirm the time to see the car. When we were there he required DL and documents. After 35 minutes his boss said the car was sold. Bought a damaged care and the dealer says "sorry" My experience with Pinnacle Nissan started out well. I liked the car, I loved the sales person...very helpful and not pushy...helped me find what I wanted to see. That is where it ended. I noticed a couple of small things when checking out the car...the window made a noise when you rolled it down...the electric lock on the drivers door seemed to stick. customer service Today I went to this dealer, 17 mikes, as my 2014 Murano had the tire indicator light on. Did this as the tires have Nitrogen in them. When a service person came out I explained the issue. He said I can just add regular air to them. That I can go to any Discount Tire place. Ok. He didn't even offer to have the tires checked & filled. WOW guess the customer service isn't there.
lack integrity Had a.complaint and.was transferred to another dealerships phone. Pinnacle Nissan is a stellar example of how not to treat people. Avoid at all cost
Harassing sales I purchases a Nisan Murano 3 years ago. The sales experience was relatively but nothing exceptional in terms of service. Unfortunately since then I continue to receive multiple sales calls. Usually in the evening or weekend mornings. Despite asking to be on a no solicitation list the calls keep coming, sometimes twice a day. There are plenty of Nissan dealers in the world so don't waste your time at this one.
Extremely No one really likes car shopping. And over the past 3 years I have been to over 20 dealerships while looking for 2 cars. Some were nice and friendly, some were ok and some were bad. Pinnacle Nissan was the absolute worst of the worst. We came in to test drive a particular car and since we were trading in a car they said they'd get it appraised and they would buy it whether we decided to buy a new car of not.
