I am very disappointed by the lack of common sense, compassion and accounting. Poor maintenance zero customer service. Thats okay.time to lawyer up.
Im calling an attorney today and its Sunday, this company is a Predator ****** and there is someone not afraid to FIGHT!!!! I have paid the LAST FRAUDULENT LEGAL FEE without an eviction being Filed on my family. I have called, emailed and waited for months and this company does not care to answer any questions or correct their errors because they are Embezzling money from hard working Americans.
My daughter and her two roommates, rent a house in ********** on *************. They had sewage backing ***** in the all *********, toilets and showers in the house. I have the pictures from when it began happening, April 1, 2023 ( I have dated texts and images). They reported the issue and no action was taken until the end of May. The are the worst. I was with then for 2 years and wanted to do 1 more year, but the raised the rent every year by at least 10%. This last time it was way more than any other place in the area. They required a 60 day notice to vacate. So I decided to move instead of paying there ridiculous prices. The put it on the market for ****, way to high. Pathlight manages a property at **** Hemlock in ********,**. The tenants moved out and the property is in terrible condition. The lawn and landscaping is full of weeds and not being mowed. The front door has been open for days which is a HUGE safety hazard!!! The reviews on other websites paint a very good picture of this company.
TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! we just got our keys 3 days ago this house is in terrible condition and no where near move in ready. Moldy garage reaks of cat pee...carpet not installed my husband cut his foot open on a carpet tack... the list goes on....STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!
If I could select -0 I would! Renting from this company was the worst decision I made in 2021!! How do you move in a house with a fridge broken, but you are told that you have to repair it. Ha!! This company is forcing families to live in unacceptable conditions. My family is renting a house. Broken freezer, broken cieling fans, broken lights, one ac is broken so they make you use the extra unit to keep up (electric bill $400), when we moved in they had 24 burnt light bulbs, molding hanging from the ceilings .
