Pathlight isn't even worth the 1 star. Worst company ever to choose a home from. Upon moving in our first shower the breaker kept popping come find out house was running on 110w not the 240 it should they had to replace my whole electrical panel. Then noticed water leaking after shower had to have my shower floor replaced and instead of ************* they chose something else not even matching. I fully understand why they have a 1.67 out of 5 stars. I'm just trying to understand who would give them more than 1 star. We have had 5 maintenance calls with them and each time it is impossible to actually talk to a person. Never mind about what maintenance they will actually cover, oh, they don't actually cover any maintenance, only major breakdowns.My current issue is that I have trees with dead branches, they have clogged the gutters, the gutters overflow into the basement. Pathlight does not try to resolve problems and answer emails and phone calls! I have tried to pay my late balance in partial payments as I was told I could do. The system wouldn't allow me to do anything but the total payment. Now, they want to evict me however, I have have done a lot of work to the house and the yard. I know that Pathlight Property management has had numerous complaints and lawsuits. I love this house and want to stay here!
I submitted application and my application was denied due to past due to collections. I think its ridiculous to deny an applicant application for rental if majority of the rent be paid will be from housing voucher. Now if I was tenant just looking to rent with no type of assistance then I can understand the judgement call of application be denied. I have one star only because I cant give zero. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, rent from them!!! I have had no air, in *******, for DAYS. All I get are texts saying follow up is needed. I have sent four urgent messages. It is 88 in my home, and thats with me running fans, and two portable ** units. The home I have a lease with right to purchase agreement on was a quick flip. I wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my time. After applying for the property listed by this company and providing the documentation they required I received emails stating the information had not been uploaded. I emailed all parties documentation from the portal that the information had indeed been uploaded. After which, the company started requesting unusual documentation such as a receipt from where I cashed my paycheck. Pathlight is the worst company to go trough. We scheduled a viewing and we liked the house. We provided paystub and bank statements. So the first try it kept saying we were missing documents. I try to reach someone it was impossible. I remember that I had the number of the person that showed us the house ******* he was the only person that responded. This company refuse to be accountable for something they created with their poor leadership. They are a rip off .They change the color of the floor in the Master Bedroom due to a linking sink in the Master Bedroom. I complained about the mildew smell for almost a year and half before they realize the water was leaking through the wall and into the Master Bedroom closet which the water moved to the floor in the room. Pathlight Property Management does not fully disclose the fees associated with their service. After we moved in we found hidden fees, such as air filter fee. and the use of Conservice to manage the water and sewer account. Conservices is incompotent in their practices. I was over charged $800 for my water service. When the credit was awarded Pathlight did not apply the full credit to my account. In addition ********************** did not disclose that the residence has bed bugs.
