Working as a contracting servicer for Pathlight is a game and a nightmare. They are disorganized. Work ethics are more of a game for them versus a team working together to resolve solutions and grow. They have managers who manage states who retaliate if you ask the wrong questions (when there should never be a dumb question). Myself, my daughter and granddaughter lived at Pathlight property in Fayetteville GA for 8 yrs. Service was not that bad until the last 6 months. My daughter had an early birth in April. May rent ended up being late 1 day. However, we spoke to someone that was going to waive it as a courtesy, bc we have been great tenants. I would agree that Pathlight has fixed the scales in their favor in every aspect. One example is that they make you pay for a third party called â??**********â? for things like water sewage and garbage and more. The problem is that you have to do everything through the third party and cannot talk directly to the utility provider if a need arises. This causes all kinds of mayhem and miscommunication. Fraud alert! This company listed on MLS a home for $2275 a month, after paying the application fee, they said the house is $2595 a month. I told him Iâ??m not interested in a $2600 a month house, and with my money back. They said the application fee is a refundable. This company is a fraud stay away from them
My advice is to NOT rent anything associated with Pathlight. RUN as fast as you can. They intentionally delay repairs and don't care what condition the property is in. It took us 9 months and escrowing our rent to finally get them to make the repairs. Now that the lease is up repairs are complete and we have late fees on the account which we will have to battle over. STAY AWAY!!! Read the reviews. Our experience has been similar to many others here. If I could rate them a negative, I would. Be prepared to pay out of pocket costs for repairs and replacements they are responsible for. They should be put out of business to prevent harm and loss to others.
NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO DO NOT USE PATHLIGHT MANAGEMENT, UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK, WASTE MONEY AND TIME FROM WORK BEING ON THE PHONE AND NOT BEING HELPED, OR BE ROBBED BECAUSE OF EXECUTIVE FEES AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rented from them for 2 years had no heat for 2 winters called everyday got no response had 2 little kids and an infant house was at 30 most days and night no ac for all of the summer until the last 3 weeks. Would not fix anything that was broke (before we moved in) charged us upgraded rent for a house that was falling apart never returns calls. Horrible company to deal with. I moved in the house was extremely dirty, and smelled like an ashtray, nothing will get fixed with this company. they wanted me to fix their fireplace and clean the gutters, but they will not fix anything in the house. The house I moved in smelled, and i had to take them to court so they would fix their own house even with the court order they did not fix anything. STAY AWAY from this company. I don't know how they are allowed to do business like this. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
