Absolutely the worst!! They drag their feet on repairs! And their lease renewal tactics are nothing short of organized crime behaviors. Attorney Generals in all states should take good look at this companys business practices.****
I am going to try to summarize my story as much as possible. We just started moving our belongings in to our Pathlight property on Father's day. I used the master shower for the first time since signing our lease and noticed a leak coming through the air vent on the first floor immediately after finishing my shower. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST!! You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do, you are repeatedly transferred from one que to another!!! Every person I spoke to told me something different then the last!!! I was told I wasbt allowed to speak to a supervisor but ***** KNEW HOW TO ANSWER MY QUESTION!!!! IF YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER PROGRAM OR HOME, I WOULD TELL YOU TO DO IT TO AVOID ALL OF THE STRESS AND BS THEY PUT YOU THROUGH I am currently a unsatisfied resident!!!***********************
This company makes it so you cannot communicate with then or get direct answers. Heat didnt work in the winter, took a month to get fixed. AC doesnt work in the summer. Still waiting for proposal to get approved. Ive had to pay their legal fees and still not even close to an apology or a way to fix the situation. Do not come near any property listed by Pathlight. Its not a scam but if something goes wrong be ready to learn to fix it on your own and pay tooth and nail if they throw eviction at you
PLEASE avoid renting a house from this management company. You will be exposed to the worst customer service you've ever experienced. They are slow and non-responsive when it comes to fixing issues, but will nickel and dime you for every single ***** quicker than you ever thought possible. You will never speak to anybody who is considered a manager. This company is a bunch of slum lords! They took advantage of me, my disabled mother and my children, one who is currently in remission from cancer. We were to move in 11/1/2021 and told the key would be in the lock box. We arrived with our trucks full and could not get in only to be told the house didn't pass inspection due to the shed.! We weren't living in the shed but had to reside in a hotel for another week and pay for storage and mover fees up to $5000. The only reimbursed ** $1500 for the trouble. House is in poor condition upon move in. Over grown weeds in the yards, dirty throughout the inside and exterior paint peeling and cracking everywhere. Pathlight did send someone to cut the weeds after I regulated but they left so much of the debris behind I cant get anyone to work on maintaining it which is what they say Im responsible for. This company is a joke. You can get nothing accomplished if you need something fixed. Our AC broke so they sent someone out to diagnosis it. The vendor sent over for it to be approved by pathlight and 7 days later they still had not approved it. I've called every single day and get the run around from multiple employees. I then had an employee from pathlight call me today asking me if this work order had been resolved. Even though they just approved the vendors "bid" yesterday.
