If I could rate a zero I would this is the worst company I ever had to deal with in my entire life and I'm 52 yrs old but they are quick to call you about the rent being paid. This company is nothing but crooks I feel like I'm in a dream everything about this company is bad, bad, bad. They need to go out of buisnesstheyn charge me and my wife $180 extra dollars when when we are a day late it's terrible thing I hate pathlight with all my being.
I would never recommend using or renting from these guys ever. When there was a issue with the house it seemed like they did everything they could not to fix it. They would in the end if we keep bugging them. When the water heater went out in the middle of the winter We had to get a hotel room on our dime so my family have a warm shower as we tried to get them to fix it. I think Pathlight properties is a bunch of bull c*** I moved into a home that they didnt inspected before they decided to manage it and it was nowhere near move in ready. Yet you have to pay a deposit before you even see the place smdh.. the refrigerator was leaking the carpet was full of dog hair the blinds were broken there was no fresh paint the shower floors were broken the dishwasher didnt work and MUCH MORE!!! They double dipped me for the $3100 rent this month... took $6200 out of my account. Funny how they can take it from your account overnight but it takes 5-7 BUSINESS days for a refund. Today, business day 8, I get a phone call just before 5 PM on the west coast, saying they tried to call me last week & they were calling to get permission to mail me a paper check as a refund for the duplicate payment. I HAVE EMAILS BACK & FORTH ABOUT A REFUND BEING PROCESSED LAST WEEK!! Absolute corporate thieves!!!
The worst company / customer service I have EVER experienced in my life !!!!! I was “ denied “ due to debt to income ratio I sent additional documents for my partners business to prove he has additional income monthly ! Every time I sent one thing they were asking for another ! I still sent everything in timely manner and asap! This is three weeks going back and forth sending documents just for them to say they didn’t receive 2 of the documents as if they were waiting on me to send them! If I could do no star, I would. Pathlight is absolutely THE worst management company! We have lived here in one of their Phoenix, Az homes for 2 years now, and it's been nothing but problems. When we first moved in, the house was disgusting. Holes were all in the walls and the fridge did not work. It took them a week 1/2 to even respond to our work order. It started horribly with having to use a different app to even request to view the property, which charged us $1.99 for 3 “tours” over 30 days. That app then marked that we had viewed the property just from signing up! We showed up to view the property anyways, assuming it was just a system glitch and we were unable to even view inside the property because no code was sent! This past June (2022) my family and I were in the process of moving from Colorado to St. Michael, Mn. My wife and I applied online to Pathlight and got approved to rent a house in St. Michael from Pathlight. We went ahead and moved on with the rental contract without seeing the property believing it would be cleaned and maintained when we moved in.
