PLEASE IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!! I WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN ON APRIL 1st 2023. I put in a work order a month before move in the have the pool fixed. The pool is completely green and has mold and utterly disgusting and you can just smell how bad it is. Not only that but once I move in on April 1st the AC WAS NOT WORKING!! After having undergone life-saving surgery, I fell behind for a few months. Thankfully I was able to catch everything up, but this required paying an enormous amount of late fees. Fair enough. I paid them and everything has been caught up for the past six months. In November 2022, legal fees showed up on my ledger. It took two months of calls and emails back and forth, but they were finally removed. Wished I had read these first. Worst company ever. Everything breaks stove, oven, fridge, shower leaked and flooded ceiling below, the list goes on. Numerous fees and add-ons. Pay sewer multiple times. This company should be illegal.
Worst company ever. Not resident friendly at all. The lease is set up to take every penny they can from the Tenant especially if you are renting in a HOA community it’s an absolute joke. The HOA has harassed us the entire time we lived there because most homes in the neighborhood were owned. Told Pathlight and they did nothing. Wish I could give negative stars because that’s what they deserve. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They don’t care what the properties look like. They don’t care if they raise your went double in one year. They slide in new fees and terms with lease renewals. You can NEVER get ahold of anyone. Legit we have 0 idea who is in charge because every-time we speak to someone it’s a new person. They don’t have direct lines to anyone. PATHLIGHT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS SO UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS!!! WHEN I MOVED IN THE HOUSR WAS FILTHY WITH DEAD INSECTS, DUST AND SOMEONE ELSES TRASH ALL AROUND THE HOUSE.. AFTER I MOVED OUT AND MY BALANCE WAS ZERO THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS !! RUN AWAY!!!! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE
I just rented a house from Pathlight 2 weeks ago and immediately upon move in spiders everywhere, wasps nests and RATS!!! Toilet, bathtubs broken, HVAC only wired for part of house and does not even work! Door broken, windows without screens, dirty upon move in!! So many issues..too many to list! I immediately turned all issues in to them within a few days… non responsive!! They are the worst company. They try to take every penny. Didn’t have a working refrigerator for 4 months and was still expected to pay full rent. I just had a baby and all my breast milk went to waste, and they didn’t care. We ended up moving 3 months early and still had to pay rent there and our new place . Stay way. Do not rent from them.
