Your property management company has left my family without hot water since 10/28/22. I was told this was an emergency work order on 10/28/22 when the garage started to flood from a leaking hot water heater. I have spoken to one of your representatives every day since and still have no hot water. We have had two vendors on-site both submitted a quote for the hot water heater replacement and both were denied. Is this your normal practice? Sounded like a good company Was able to talk to them while looking for a place As soon as I payed the application fees of 150.00 could not get anyone on the phone or email Wasted my money and time now I have to pay another company an application fee Would never refer anyone to them guess they need the money more than I do Best crooks in the business

Actually this would be a minus 5 stars. Pathlight is very unprofessional. I had workers come out to replace the gutters on the screen room due to damage from the hurricane. In the process they shorted out one of the power lags coming into the home. Now I have no power and have lost all my food in the refrigerator. I have to pay rent for a home I can not live in, pay for a hotel and the cost of all my meals eating out. Texas Rent Relief sent a check and it was cashed on 10/14/22 by Home Partners of America. It is now 11/3/22 and it still hasn't been applied to my account! I have tried calling, but there is no answer and no one to return calls. I have also tried emailing them but no one has responded. Home Partners has also tried to escalate the issue and they have not responded. I am frustrated and just want our account credited and updated. I will say that starting out with getting our rental property was seamless, and working with a realtor definitely made it an easy process. However, moving into the rental property, I will say we were surprised by the lack of effort put into the transition from the homeowners to prep and change to our move-in. As I type this, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms walls and ceiling of my rental are being demolished, and will be left open (covered by tarp) while someone else comes in to check for mold, before gets approved before fix the walls. In the meantime, we sleep in the living room, because the home only have 2 bedrooms. and one has been shut. My home was not ready to be leased after they purchased for put it to rent in Florida. Terrible, terrible. They have had my rent check for 3 weeks, yet refuse to answer the phone, answer my emails, and are posting late fees to my acct. I have never dealt with a company this terrible and now have been currently using a lawyer since they refuse to acknowledge my rent payment.
