TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company. I put a request in last Thursday to have the electrical checked in my sons bedroom, as we have the breaker shut off, (which also powers the garage) thinking the problem may be a fire hazard. It has been a week, and Nothing. I have called and called, emailed, still nothing. My son cannot use his medical equipment. If there is a rating that is zero stars this company deserves it. I have been in this house 4 years with mold and no kitchen for almost 2 years the only lorking appliance was the temporary plastic sink from home depot. To this day none of the work has been done it is unsafe and Now I'm fighting them in court. This is the worst company ever. Do not lease from them under any circumstances. They will lie block your calls they never answer the phone or respond to emails
I applied for a property. I was told it was available. I submitting my $90 application fee for me and my son. Two days later I received 3 emails. 1 said that they needed my bank statement. 1 hour later i received an email that said there was an approved app on the home. Mins later i received an email that said I was 4th in line on the home. I contacted them and I told them if I would of known it was applications on the property I wld not of waste my $90. I'm not sure if my realtor or Pathlight is to blame. I am a Sec 8 recipient. I had been house hunting for about 2 months. I came across this nice property in which I showed interest. Reached out to homepartners of America and started the process. I have been talking about utilizing my voucher since the start of this entire process. Worse customer service never answers the phone left on hold for hrs never responds to email or call back requests. Charges late fees while they take their time processing payments don't waste your money or your time
Please never rent from this place my rent is 2,500 no air pool screen fell down due to the hurricane racoon running around my yard I have little children and I stay in Florida we have chronic asthma
We rented our home from Pathlight in Jan 2022. We had to relocate for our job in Sept. of 2022. We informed Pathlight that we were not able to maintain living in the home but would continue to pay the rent, ultilities and renter's insurance through the remainder of the lease term Jan 2023. Pray that this company never buys a home next to you to turn Into a slumlord rental property. The person next door hasn't mowed their lawn since they moved in. The weeds are literally 3 feet tall front and back. I was trying to sell my home, and had 2 buyers tell me that they aren't Interested because of the house next door. Run, run fast. DO NOT RENT FROM PATHLIGHT. if you need repairs, forget it. Do not expect to get your secutity deposit back, no matter what. The BBB must be in cahoots with Pathlight. They did not do anything when i reported a damaged tree that Pathlight refused to remove. I placed several requests and pathlight ignored all of them. I went to ther BBB and they din't do anything either. We lost our security deposit, even though we left the house better than when we moved in.
