This company is a complete joke! We have been working with an agent, Carly, who clearly does not know what she is doing and simply does not care. She was late for both showings of the home. The second time we had to call her....she forgot all about it. Should have been a red flag, but we spent the money and put an application in. Carly did not contact us even once for follow up. Not impressed. While they do have nice people working for them, the amount of time that it takes to get any response/correspondence from them is horrible. Have been waiting for 1.5 months for a new dishwasher that was not functioning when we moved in. While there was a small valve that had to be repaired under the sink before the new dishwasher can be installed, it just seems like a long time to wait for minor repairs. RUN AWAY! We are in the middle of a literal nightmare and have to move immediately. They rope you in, steal your money and make it impossible to contact an actual person to get answers. Nobody ever answers the phone. Over three hours on hold, who has that kind of time?! Once you get an answer (by email) several days later, you're too late, you have an eviction notice on your door. I've been out of a Pathlight property for about a year and a half now and might finally be calm enough to talk about the trauma of being a Pathlight customer. Never again is all I can say. They were awful from day one and remained consistent. Hard to get hold of, would not repair items obviously broken. I accepted responsibility to maintain the yard, but moved in to a broken sprinkler system. It would have been an easy fix, but they would not fix it so I hand watered for a year. We live on *********************, we are waiting for the service 10'days, we do not have any water and not AC. They don't sent nobody here to fix. Do not get this company ever again is the worst. And super expensive and they do not anything for the tenants almost 2 weeks. This company is terrible, nobody helps. Customer service say the will send someone and any technician show up, so, also they play with my time.

I toured a home and really liked it, despite there being big paint patches in different rooms. Went through the requirements for an application, applied and submitted all of my documents, paid the application fee, only to be told AFTER that they need bank statements to move forward. I screenshotted their required documents, and no where on their application did it say that bank statements were required. f I could give your company negative stars I would. I do not want an apology at this point I want you to actually call me like I have requested several times with your representatives. You are charging us fees that we never agreed to in our lease agreement out of nowhere after us living here for 8 months. This company is a joke. They were trying to get us to sign a lease without being able to walk through the house first (they were still fixing it up from the previous tenants) but when we finally were able to go in the house, it was dirty and needed some repairs. I was assured that everything would be taken care of. The day we moved in, the lock box was hidden and no one that I spoke to on the phone actually knew where it was.
