I think I died and woke up in ****. The people that you speak with over the phone ,are very kind. No work is ever completely done. The work is just badly done. And just like some many others they get my check while I leave in ****. I want this nightmare to end. I am disabled and my husband is a Vet. We have worked are butts of to well. We Need HELP!!!

We have rented from this company for 3 yrs. I have recently accepted a job that requires we move. Our lease is not up until 12/2022. They told us to get out of the lease we will have to pay 200% of the rent along with regular rent until we move in order to not be put down as breaking a lease. Just gouging is all it is. I will never rent from this company again and will advise anyone I know to stay away.

Would be negative if it could. We are paying thousands of dollars for a rental and they did not even turn the property over in decent condition. This is a nightmare at best. DO NOT EVER rent from this company.

If I could give them a zero, I would. False promises and stalling, while simultaneously raising rent over $120 each time and not excusing late fees during Covid like they said they would. VERY inconsistent. You never get the same representative, so there must be a lot of turn over within the company, which says a lot. The lack of follow up is horrible. Do not EVER rent a Pathlight property, just read the reviews, they all speak to the worst property management company in the business. Today I called for the 12th time to speak to them about the lease. Carly put me on hold and transferred me to Nelson in Resident Relations, who refused to help me. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Realtors should be forbidden from pushing clients toward these lease purchase/property rental programs as a matter of fact it should be illegal!! I was in the market to buy a home not rent from anyone but the market was so volatile at the time and THIS IS THE WORST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE!!! Do not rent from Pathlight Property Management. It has been the worst year possible in this rental. Nothing gets fixed. All they keep saying is that is our responsibility. The issues were there before we moved in and we asked to have them fixed and nothing is fixed. We can't get out of this lease soon enough. I extended the lease by 13 days to take it to the end of the month. They are now trying to charge me an extra 30 days saying that I didn't give notice.

Pathlight Property Management does not manage properties at all. They are scamming people out of money. No one should use Pathlight Property Management Company. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the worst Pathlight Property Management is the worst.

The home we move into was dirty! The pool was green. No maintenance. They take your deposit $$$ to fix what someone else messed up .
