Horrible customer service. Maintenance takes forever. The customer service reps are not helpful what so ever. Make false promises, on recorded lines AND in writing but then do not follow through. Extremely over priced! save yourself the headache and don't rent through them

If I could give negative stars, I would. If you are reading this before leasing... please please please don't use Pathilght. I promise the house isn't worth it. They refuse to repair anything! Even items that were broken before moving in... if they fall under "resident responsibility" they will not repair... again.. even if it was broken when you moved in! Such a sham. And good luck getting through on the phone lines. I've never been able to get ahold of someone to talk to without being on hold for an hour plus. Seriously, p... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We are a month past move in date with no electricity in the middle of summer in Florida. Zero communication from Pathlight. I'm so desperate I am entering work orders and emails daily with minimal generic responses. Stay far away! The stress they have caused and continue to cause is not worth the crazy amount of money we are paying.

Im starting to regret moving to this house prior to getting the home the seller states the home would have brand new counter tops ss appliances and brand new hvac unit all this was supposed to be done by closing of 6/10 i moved in 6/26 the only thing that was done was ss appliances me and my family are burning up in this house i have called pathlight every day and I'm tired of getting the run around then i was charged a late fee for there system having an error which i Sent screen shots to the counters are still messed up i ... read more

If I could I would give them a NEGATIVE - 100. I suggest you do your research before signing any contract with this management company. They rarely will repair anything, just about all repairs are the tenant's responsibilities. Last night there was a severe storm, which resulted in one of the trees being struck by lightning. Horrible! Stay away! We moved into an overpriced home 3 months ago because we were desperate to find something. We have been fighting with Pathlight to repair issues for 3 months. We didn't have a usable freezer for over a month when we moved in. There are kitchen shelves so bowed that we can't place anything on them without them bending more. Pathlight refuses to repair or replace the kitchen shelves. There are only three windows in the entire home, and one doesn't work. Pathlight has been horrible. Buyer beware! I will nev... read more

Company customer service is adequete for residents. However after move out we were charged for damages done by their own workers and for lawn maintenance due to them not being able to find tenants for the property. Company returned security deposit it to us later than the state law allows, and would not re issue the check to correct issues with the naming on it. We feel nickel and dimed by this company and wont be doing business again.
