The absolute worst property management company EVER! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, I PROMISE YOU'LL REGRET IT.
I'd give one star if I could. Worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. They never answer, over charge for their own mistakes and refuse to fix major issues with their homes. I've been without running water half the time I've lived in my home and they don't care at all!
Our AC has been out got 3 days and not even a call to vendors to repair it have been done. It's over 90° in my home. We pay $2500/mo and expect help within 24 hours. Haven't even received a response. The only thing I get from customer service is we are working on it. We have 3 medically fragile kids in the home and we are not even able to sleep because it's so hot. 2 of the kids cannot regulate body temperature and THIS IS NOT SAFE!
Our house we rent from pathlight property management has caused us nothing but stress. Our house was listed at 3 bed 2.5 bath. That is false they didn't let us tour due to covid and our lease had to be signed prior to move in. We have no AC upstairs and as we filed 4 work orders all four times the male that came told us there is nothing they can do without having to rewrite the house in which the neighborhood all has issues with this. I am a current renter going on three years now. Have never had any issues as a renter, paid rent on time, kept up with house and following all rules required by the company and our HOA. I have currently been trying to contact Pathlight because our HOA dues were not paid and we aren't able to use our amenities (our pool, etc.). My son has now been out of school for over 2 weeks and isn't able to enjoy the pool because Pathlight is not upholding their end of our rental agreement. This is probably the one of the worst companies i've ever dealt with. If i were a homeowner working with these guys i would fire them immediately, because they are pissing your money away. If i was considering being a renter i would move on to the next option, because they are just wasting your time. Given this poor service you would have to assume they are probably about the go bankrupt. Avoid at all costs....
Please read this, and read the reviews! They are all true! We live in Minneapolis, Mn and we moved in with our 4 kids in a home we thought would be a great first time home. Only to find out that it was a nightmare! We walked into a home that did not have any doors on any of the rooms, and all of the blinds were removed from our home. Pathlight is absolute garbage. I have been here (Tampa) for just over a month and the swimming pool has been unusable. We have pool service that is paid for with our rent. They do absolutely nothing besides check the chlorine level of the pool. I have explained this to Pathlight and enlightened them that my wife and I have taken care of swimming pools all our lives.
