I Put in an application to rent a house. Paid 180.00. now they claim that I haven't uploaded the documents. I have, in PDF format. I think it's convenient that "Pathlight Property Management" claims that AFTER they have taken your money then you are conveniently unable to call them about it. The only phone number I can find is on the BBB page. Don't bother to respond with a lie. Just send me my money back. I hate it when I get sucked into a scam.

Pathlight has probably been one of the better property management companies I have interacted with. Today I spoke with James C** to try and resolve the trash service issues we have been having for severalmonths now. It has yet to be seen, but I do believe our issue has been resolved. Crosses fingers.

Move in date has been pushed back twice. Now they want to add all the extra fees. This company and Home Partners of American are trash companies!!!!!

Commutation is AWFUL. Filed an application for a rental, paid the a FEE, gave them my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and heard nothing back. Feels like a scam.

I haven't even moved in yet and already it has been a nightmare. I get an email stating my move in date is delayed not a phone call. They stated it was due to electricity issues which turned out to be they had not turn the power on in the company name so the worm could be completed. No sense of urgency or regard for how much money a delay in me moving is going to cause. I have to keep calling them because they are not calling me back. I am so furious right now.

This company is terrible clearly they only have a two star review. I rented a home from them and had to relocate to a new state so I had to terminate my lease early. I stayed in the home for only 30 days!. Received a letter today with stating they are keeping my $2,500 depoist due to damages from the prior tenant. They make up false and fake damages to keep your deposit and charge you for everything. Stay far far away.

We are currently renting from Pathlight, and our experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Our move in date continually changed, which was beyond frustrating for a family of six moving from Ohio to Colorado. We ended up in an AirBNB for 2 weeks due to Pathlight's delays. When we were finally given a move in date, the house had not been cleaned (cream carpets covered in black soot and dirt EVERYWHERE, hardwoods are STILL showing filth when we clean the floors DAILY, oven bottom covered in layers of black burnt on crap, etc... read more

Beware! This company has been a living nightmare for me and my two young daughters. They took the gas bill out of my name and put it in there's and I didn't know until I received my monthly ledger. This has been ongoing for several months and the most recent bill is for almost $500 and due at the time rent is due. This has been ongoing. My residence has been out of hot water for 15 days now. We have had many different contractors on the property trying to fix the problem but none have been successful in solving the problem. We have been more than patient with the process but are tired of being let down. According to the Texas renters association this should have been fixed in 7 days and we are going on day 16. They have replaced both the water heater and electrical outlets and they still do not work.
