I was quoted a cost of $44.68 for Paxil CR 12.5 mg.(Glaxo-Smith-Kline) on the website After talking to your pharmacist I was told there was no generic available for 12.5 mg Paxil CR and she could get me the same thing in a 10mg dose. She did contact my doctor and filled the prescription. What I received was Paxil 10 mg! regular Paxil which I can't tolerate and thus I take the CR. Both the website and the pharmacist were misleading I was assisted by Maneet Sanghera P1/17358

Omg...unbelievably terrible service. The worst I've ever experienced with a pharmacy!! Long story short...they received Dr.'s prescription before noon on a Tuesday and after many promises I finally received it a week, Yes, 7 DAYS, later. They only deliver Monday to Friday. I tried to order only 21 pills (as Input on my online order) but the pharmacist had the max pills ordered (63). I had to correct them. Not sure why the number of pills wasn’t correct

The pharmacist went out her way to locate the medication. When the she was unable to locate a manufacturer she promptly advised me and communicated with prescribing physician. She then procured the replacement drug and promptly notified me of such. When a source for the original drug was found she contacted me to advise me of my options. She then executed my direction and the drug was promptly shipped out.

Before joining, called and asked about the dispensing fee. It was confirmed to me that the fee would be $7. I proceeded with proving all required documents and info to become a member. In just less than 2 weeks from the call, I received my first medication and was surprised to see the fee to be $11. Called and discussed the issue with an agent. The only excuse was that the fee was increased during those 2 weeks and the company will not honor what was confirmed to me. So, decided to move out.

Initially a bad experience however the company reached out to address the issues, listened and corrected the issues. Was also very kind in prioritizing my delivery and through other actions. Seems like they are working hard to maintain a positive customer experience.

Multiple repeat texts discussing the same topic. Asked to have them review my account before contacting - continued to happen. Order was not initiated properly - had to credit and re charge. Delivery was late because of it - lucky I had extra pills. This was the first time, so, I assume it will get better. The delivery was fast and right to my door. I love the texting. Just need to pay closer attention to detail and take closer attention to history
