Our dinner was...okay. I was expecting the food to be better. Portion size was good and the bread was very yummy. Our server was okay but I did see another server’s interaction with his tables and his demeanor and attention to his tables were what I would expect for this type of restaurant. Our server only spoke to my husband at the start of our dinner. Guess she didn’t realize I was paying since it was my husband’s birthday... not that it should have mattered. The food was excellent. The noise level remained a moderate level. I did think it’s funny that the silverware was just wrapped and on the table like Applebee’s rather than proper placement on the table. Follow-up: We went again Oct 2019..... the butter on our filet would not melt because our steaks were cold. Won’t be back. Go to black and blue which never disappoints ! No offer for wine refills, waitresses give 2 star service expect 5 star tip. It’s not worth the money!!
Have had may meals at the Portigo This last time was not one of the better meals that I have had.
Wine was overpriced and so were many of the entre selections.
For being in a casino, this dining experience takes you out of that mindset and it feels luxurious.
The Rib-Eye here is always great ! Great food close to home and a little gambling .... perfect date night

It’s a lovely restaurant. The food was good but the service was casual. Staff were walking around talking loudly about personal stuff. 2 were actually chasing each other around the restaurant as there weren’t many tables left just three they thought the place was empty and apologized. The food came out very quickly and before we were ready for it. We were sharing a couple apps and entrees and new plates were never offered. Our waitress was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The food was reasonably priced and had good portions for the price. The food was delicious from the bread to our appetizer to our entrees. The restaurant was clean and all staff very pleasant. I will surely be back and will recommend.
