French onion soup flavorless Broccolini not cooked. Pasta with meatball and pasta bolognese sauces flavorless and not good at all. Veal Milanese good. Water glasses not checked for cleanliness. We are longtime customers but really disappointed overall. Sorry!

Over all it wasn’t the best experience. As soon as you walk on the host appears to be in her mid 80’s with the darkest red lipstick and black teased hair, looking like a scarecrow, she wasn’t too kind either. Ups on sitting at the table we waited for 20 minutes before they even took our drink order and another 15 minutes to receive our drinks..

We had made a reservation way ahead of time as we were going to a show. We arrived on time and we’re seated and placed our order. After about 10 minutes, bread was delivered. 5 minutes later our salads came. About 30 minutes later the server came to ask us if we were going to the show and we said yes and she said that your food will likely not be out in time. Extremely slow service. The dinner itself was one of the most disappointing meals we've had in both food quality and taste. We've eaten here a number of times in the past and had wonderful experiences. Truly disappointing this time around.

It took over an hour for our main course to come out. We had to ask the waitress where our meal was, then it came out a few minutes later. Had to send the steak back because it was cold. We have been here many times and this experience was sub par. We were in such a hurry to get to the 8pm show, i would of thought a 5:45 reservation would have given us plenty of time.

Disappointing. Reservation for two. We both ordered medium steaks and mine came back rare, almost raw. They took it back, and when it returned it was still very raw in the middle but now with excess char. The whole time this is going on my friend is eating her dinner uncomfortably while I’m waiting for mine. I finally just tell them to keep it. It was my 60 th birthday , I order a mix drink when I received it there was a BUG in it , I asked for the manager who was not very sympathetic . He asked if there was something else I wanted instead of course I was not going to get a mixed drink so I said a beer , HE sees our waitress Tells her what happen puts my beer on her tray and she brings it over!!! Entree took forever to receive. All they kept offering was a free drink, and ultimately only “comped” two glasses of wine from the bill. The food was good, but very expensive, and due to the wait, I thought it would have been more appropriate to comp one of the meals. Either way, we did the classy thing and still tipped 20%, paid the exorbitant bill, and left unsatisfied. We have had our anniversary dinner there two years in a row, but I promise there will not be a third.
