In process of building a pool. Communication is almost daily yes but progress not so much. Pretty much one step getting done every week. Contractors do not show up when scheduled. Going on day three of "they will be there tomorrow". First payment on pool due in 2 days and I still have no decking. Very frustrating!
Presidential Pools was amazing. The team at Pres Pools, Linnzy Foster, and Adriana Gomez were so nice to work with. Made the pool buying experience a breeze! Our Project Manager Gene was the absolute best!! He has everything lined up day by day and kept us informed of every step during the process. Any issues we ran into were handled right away, and they got our pool completed in no time!! Thank you to the Presidential Pools team for always being there for your customers!
Pool build went awesome! Customer service was top notch. Tim the owner is is a great guy and it reflects on his company and his employees. Roy was my designer and he did great, had a very nice design in no time. Also was very easy to deal with and answered and questions right away. Korey was my project manager and he didn't miss a beat. Right on top of everything. Pool was finished a month and a half earlier than expected. Super great team to work with! I would highly recommend them!
So far we have had EXCELLENT service from Presidential Pools! We closed on our house in Tucson the end of June, picked out colors, etc., then they started end of July, one week ahead of schedule and now just one month later are over half done! It looks amazing! Jason Todd was our salesperson (ALWAYS answers his phone when you call) and Chris Munton is really on top of the schedule and lets us know a few days before what the schedule is! This is our second Presidential Pool. Very good promotional offers that created a better value than other competitors.
We are soon to be relocating to AZ so we stopped in to get a palimarry idea about pool cost and to check out the display pools on site. We were rushed through the whole process like we were holding up are sales person. We were told to that when we got more info on our house to email it and that we could get more of a accurate idea on a build price. After sending a email to get a price quote someone reached out quick but then had to put me in contact with a designer that failed to call or email. Took a third email for someone to get in touch. After reading the reviews on how horrible the customer service is I'll be avoiding them. I'm sure they do amazing work once everything is done, but if you have piss poor customer service then there's no point in working with them.
Our pool build just finished Friday and was full by Saturday. It is gorgeous. We are so happy with our pool and will recommend Presidential Pools to anyone who asks. Actually, already have a friend who said when they're ready to get their pool, they're going with Presidential � The project finished about a week sooner than we had expected and was a smooth experience from start to finish. I had my pool installed in Tucson, June of 2013. Please be aware that if you buy your pool this year, in 4 years you may be paying over $1300 to replace a failed pump. Presidential Pools resolved the issue to my satisfaction. The response was immediate and the issue was resolved without hesitation. I was impressed with Presidential Pools when the pool was installed and am more so now. If you are looking to install a pool please consider Presidential Pools.
