Long check in process online to set up an appointment. All my information is already in this walk-in clinic’s system. Prisma surely you can streamline this process when you already have ALL the info. Very straining on a person who’s suffering and needing immediate care.

I will try to keep this concise - Dismissed my claims of a mouth infection, possibly strep, within seconds of observing, and even though I was adamant there had to be some kind of infection or something going on , extreme pain, and if she would see the photos i had that showed how bad it really was, She didnt want to nor did any of that.
