Honestly if I could give this company less than 1 star I would. Unprofessional and unethical to say the very least. Do. Not. Submit. An. Application. For. A. Home. Through. Progress. Residential. Is there a reason why I have been calling all day on multiple numbers for a dolid week and no one has answered the phone? I have a 3 month old and our AC has not been working and it gets up to 97 degrees in the house!!! Service requests have been sent and still no answer?! There dervice is horrible.

Terrible company on communication and on value for customers. They will never refund you 100% of your security and will always claim a cleaning and painting charge. Phone calls and emails from the local and corporate office go unanswered. Expect a minimum of 1 week for an email reaponse and only if you send follow ups.

Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT RENT FROM PROGRESS!!! 1. Maintenance requests are ignored. If it's important, be prepared to call customer service daily until the repairman calls you back. 2. Conservice, their utility billing and management company is a scam and is incompetent. Two months into our lease, our water got shut off for 2 days because they never set up an account with the water company. I have rented for over 7 years and the last 18 months with Progress Residential have been the WORST experience. I rented from a private owner for 5 years and it was the BEST experience. I DO NOT recommend Progress Residential. Just one of the bad experiences I encountered had me almost in tears and stressed. The first year was not pleasant and I should have moved out. I have rented for the past 15 years and Progress Residential is the WORST company I have ever dealt with! Our AC has been broken the past 6 days, it's reaching 90 degrees in this house. We have not had AC in our house for 2 days now. This company has horrible service and doesn't return any phone calls or emails I have sent. Progress Residential is a giant conglomerate that owns homes all across the USA. They have 'centralized' all their operations such that you cannot get anything done without calling their headquarters in Arizona. They have engineered it so that you never have access to speak to anyone with any real decision-making authority. You are always dealing with at least one, sometimes multiple middlemen. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are so unprofessional, nasty, rude and disrespectful. If you don't have to use them, stay far away. They never get back to you, but can find you if you are one day late with payment, they transfer you all over the place then all you get is a voicemail. Doesn't help to ask for supervisors or managers. No one cares what you have to say, they just read from a script. I would run from this company as fast as I could.
