This property rental company is a scam. You have to put a deposit equivalent to the monthly rent, but regardless of how great you leave the property when moving out, you will never see a dime in return. Company games from the day I decided to vacate. It started with them claiming to not get my vacate notice in time. Luckily for me, I did everything via email and was able to go to their office and PROVE that I sent the notice. Moved into a home that was in absolute disarray because progress didnt inspect it after previous residents left. Absolute filth, cobwebs everywhere, bathroom flooded, backyard under construction and they just up and left it without finishing. Created case after case, made phone call after phone call, email after email, and one month later I have yet to receive one phone call from a manager or associate. They don't return calls. They charge for things that tenets take care of their self. I have placed a call since July 15th and it's now August 18th and have called 3 times a week since then. They charge me ****** for sod that I bought, and laid myself. Sent receipt, and pictures. Can't get anyone on the phone that knows anything. Ask to speak to a supervisor, never gets transfer. I even got hung up on. ***** still hasn't contacted me yet and took the charge off

They do t want to assume responsibility for repairs. The house was only 3years old and the garage failed and they tried to blame me. They couldnt tell me what I did to do the damage however they proceeded to put me at fault. No phones calls, just emails for communication. Im giving zero stars, can you give negative stars? I only renewed the lease for stability for my son. The rent went up $225 at renewal.

They do not fix anything. Do not rent from this management company. They take your maintenance request then send you cancellation notice saunf they have been fix. No call nothing. Nothing is fixed. Deceptive business practices. The service manager wil call. Set up the request. Then maintenance cancels. They want the renter to be responsible for fixing everything. Building structure as well. Rotting wood on the deck. Garage does not work. They send maintenance and they say oh its fine. I am paying $2100 for a freaking money p... read more

I wish I saw these reviews before giving this "company" my money but I ignored my initial gut feeling because we really needed a home. We are moving from one state to another and our realtor dropped the ball and we were lift without a home. I took matters into my own hands and found this company. Did the application paid a $400 application fee for each applicant and their holding fee? Everything seemed fine with receiving emails to verify our identities and income. Progress has a property next door to me in ***** **. A huge tree has fallen over into my property and my trees are keeping it from crushing my fence on two possible three side and my dog kennel. A work order was put in on July 5 and a month after several calls and no sense of urgency the tree is 4inches from hitting my fence. A third party came out today because they were told to cut branches down and thats what he was getting paid for. AC has been out since Friday, its Monday. Its been ***** Im my house the past 4 days. progress residential had me purchase a portable ac (reimburse later) and it is doing nothing to cool a 3 bedroom house. They said they cant do anything for me until Thursday. Pretty sure its illegal and a major safety hazard to have people and pets living in a house that is over 85 for a week.
