I hope everything is up to par when you move in otherwise you catch h*** trying to get anything fixed! With this market rent is too high to be inconvenienced or living in miserable conditions. I had a leaky refrigerator in May when I moved in that didnt get resolved until July! Now my AC is out and Im desperate with two kids and not sure when it will get resolved. Meanwhile my kids and I subjected to living in 90 degree heat inside our home and their only solution was a portable window air unit that only cools it off to abou... read more

I rented from them in **********, **. We liked this house because it had a pool. We figured wed rent for a yr and a half and look around to see where we wanted to buy/build our next house. The application, getting approved and doing the move in orientation went smoothly. After driving straight thru with 3 kids and a dog, we got to our house and it was disgusting. Dead bugs, pool was low and green, the house stunk musty (we figured from sitting for awhile), the garage was filthy, the guest bathroom had peeling paint coming up... read more

I am only selecting 1 because you can't go lower. This company is only out to s**** people over. They care not about any of the properties or people renting them. Very difficult to get any communications started or continue. We moved into one of their properties 4 days ago and still are cleaning the house, this is worse then any military facility I have had to stay in by far. Do yourself and you family a favor and stay away from the properties.

Your worst nightmare progress residential. I was very excited when found the right house for me in my family for rent. Then we pay 250 to remove the house from listing. Home supposed to be ready 12 July, we apply May 25th. Okay we request move till 22 of July to give more rom to make some improvements, and wait another month to month leasing in my previous apartment. Then I received text messages informing me, the house will be ready 31th July. When I call customer service, no body confirm the move in day was pushed forward.... read more

Where is my security deposit!!!!!! THE WORST COMPANY IN THIS COUNTRY TO RENT WITH!!!!! BAD COMMUNICATION, 5 ***S WITH NO AC AT HOME NOBODY CAME TO HELP US. 5th *** THEY SEND A RUDE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS MAD BECAUSE THEY SEND THEM AT 5pm TO CHECK OUR AC. COMPENSATION WAS 100$ BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO PUT US ON A HOTEL WITH 2 babies 19 months old!!! Horriblee!!! horriblee!!!!experience with this company. Worst, it takes forever to get help or talk to a human, then they promised in a contract of a working house but ac failed to work leaking plumbing pipes, holes in ceiling not fixed, gutters clogged up so cant open windows cause water pours in. These are a few things. They failed to walk through and check out house with us , they left no instructions on appliances. This is the worst of the worst. My husband and I are both teachers and we have three boys we are raising. We have been living in a progress residential home for three years. We have endured cold nights here because there was no heater installed in the house, our garage fell and we called emergency maintenance no one came until the following day (so here we are with our house open to the public). I would NOT recommend renting from the company. Back in April we were locked out of the *** gate entrance due to the dues not being paid. I had to follow up 3 times for 3 weeks before the fines were paid and we were able to enter the gate as a resident. On June 13 I called in my ** because it was not cooling past 78 degrees ( I live in FL) and my electric **** jumped from $302 to $412. Wow where do I begin? Im being charged for not having renters insurance even though I have it, late fees even though my rent is being paid on time.
