Company does inaccurate accounting and falsifies ledgers to meet their agenda. I highly recommend keeping all records of proof of payments and charges as they will back date and change them to not take accountability and charge as many fees as possible. I am currently taking them to court regarding the falsified accounting and inaccurate ledger with back dating. Stay away from this company , I honestly wouldnt wish this company on my worst enemy. I am going to be breaking my lease soon to leave them behind me.

Horrible customer service. They don't return calls. Unable to make my rent payments because they disabled my account, Unable to make a phone payment, and my checks were declined and never returned to me, no one reached out to inform me my checks were declined. And because I have been unable to reach anyone to speak to, I am behind 2 months of rent payment. Now a notice of eviction was given to me! Progress has taken my application fees multiple times. When asking to receive and explanation of denial, they continue to give blanket statements. The customer service rep was rude when I asked him for an explanation of the denial. They advertise being more lenient about their criteria as well as being open to all breeds of dogs. Even with having no prior eviction, criminal history and good credit score, they will deny the application just to keep the $50 application and take their time returning the $250 hold fee. All I can say is DITTO to literally every other review for this company. PR is by far the WORST organization I've ever dealt with. I refuse to even call them a business bc they have no values,morals, and certainly no integrity! My ******** are in the process of relocating from OH to **. Pipe burst in the ceiling, it took two ************ still a whole till this day more so they came with so many unreal fees , tried to charge me $40 to pay the rent ( said its a one time thing) wouldnt let me resign my lease until I paid the fees & went up $450 for month to month i

I've been in my home for 5 years, and Progress Residential took over about three months ago. The next thing I know I am being charged for fees I never agreed to in my lease. Sewer gets in my driveway every few months, which Progress Residential has failed to fix. The problem has been ongoing for nearly the last two years. This company bought out our existing leasing company we had and since then, we' ve had 3 main maintenance requests that were ignored, no one ever called or came by, but online it says the request was closed. We have to pay for everything that goes wrong and never have gotten reimbursed. And when they bought our property out they never asked us to supply the current renters insurance policy we had. Me and my significant other started applying for properties July 26 through the 28th roughly. We were denied a specific property like 12 times each time we called progress to ask why we were denied we were giving different answers each time and no one seemed to understand why we kept getting denied. I had been responding with ********* for months, when I eventually found a home that was affordable for myself, I APPLIED! I sent a application and holding fee as requested, at time of application and while responding to any communications that I'm a older single female using a voucher as partial payment of rent.
