Do *** rent from this company. Horrible service. A/C went out and attempted to contact them several times. Their answering service says its not business hours and hangs up on you. Mind you I have been calling since 0800 hrs on a Monday morning. It is 91 degrees in my house with my family working from home and we cannot even get ahold of this **** company. Sent emails several times and attempted phone calls to no avail. Worst rental company ever.

I was notified about an *** violation within my community. In the email, they stated to see attached pictures of the violation. There were no images on the violation email I received from Progress Residential.I have emailed them countless times trying to find out what the violation is so that I can resolve it. No responses. I've emailed distribution lists, managers, customer service. No one will respond.They are charging me monthly since the violation is listed on my account as not resolved."

Horrible company! We met all qualifications and was denied and the answer we got from them was I dont know what to tell you they are rude, nasty and unprofessional. They only want to take your money.

Will never rent from this company again. They ONLY care about making money and are incredibly inflexible and difficult to work with any maintenance requests. There are tons of hidden fees, and they will charge the tenant $75 for a missed service call, but then no-showed us 3 times for a simple appliance repair, with no credit to us for our time. Extremely one-sided and they only care about THEIR bottom line. Service people who were sent to repair our ice maker then proceeded to break our fridge. Took 2 weeks for them to give... read more

I work in property management and this company lack professional accounting skills. I renewed y lease and they are still charging me month to month fees. I have been effectively communicating with the call center and was promised by ***** ****** that the fees would be removed months ago, but they are still on the ledger. Please know that Progress Residential really is an inferior company if you have any serious home or lease agreement/contract issues. They do not adhere to the lease agreement/contract. They pressure you and try to stand their ground, daring you to take further action. As a fellow executive, I have reached out to Progress Residential executives/management members found on ******** for assistance to resolve issues, but failed to get any type of response. I love the house! But *** been without a stove almost a week! Every time I call they keep telling me someone is going to contact me today. AND *******, I have kids and cannot **** for them its very expensive to provide three meals a day when I could just ****!

I am not someone that typically complains or post about negative/positive experiences however this is a must. We sold our home in March 2021 and had to rent until our home is completed. Since March of moving in to our rental property our ** has stopped working 3 times. First time was a week after the snowstorm here in *****, we went a few days with hot air blowing. Worst rental company ever! Process from start to finish was a disaster. No one knows what their job is, condition of home when moved in, was horrible! Holes in ceiling, window locks broken, flooring not connected to baseboards, big gaps where bugs can get in, and have.
