This company is garbage, you know what garbage is to good for this company. This company is the juice that comes from garbage. I closed out my lease for June 8th and they are trying to charge me for the whole month of June. When I call to speak with someone I'm on hold for hours to the point I just hang up. I will be going to court on them if i have to because if I receive an eviction on my credit report I'm going to be ****."

This company is a ****!!!!! RUN!!!! Along with 'CORE LOGIC'. I honestly believe it is ran by the devil himself! There is no way this company has this many bad reviews, complaints with the BBB, ******** pending, on the news *** HAVE *** BEEN SHUT DOWN! There is some diabolical, demonic manuevers behind this terrible place. It is far bigger than we can ALL comprehend. By far the worst place you could ever do business with. They charge you ridiculous fees and can not provide any reason why. Everything is through a third party system. They will lock your account and then charge you a $120 late fee. And good luck getting ahold of someone. I wouldnt rent a shoe box from these lowdown MFers.

These people are slum lords, Have lived in a 85-90 degree sweatbox for 4 days (while passing Kidney stones no less), company has lied every day I've called about an emergency repair on the AC Unit with their property. Lost four hours of work waiting for their maintenance guy who was supposed to be here on Friday between 3-7pm, never showed up. Roommate called same day, they said they'd be here Friday night, never showed up. Roommate called again Sat Morning, they said they'd be here someday Saturday......never showed up. Now... read more

If I could give a negative number of stars, it would be negative five. This company is 100% not legit so far. I applied for a house I paid the application fee; I also paid the $300 holding fee while my information was being processed. Out of the blue I received a text saying congratulations you have been approved! I was so excited I showed my kids and I jumped up and down. I have tried to reach out to the company multiple times inquiring where our holding fees are, it has been past the 30 day for the refund. We were denied for rental with out any reason given, cannot get ahold of anyone via email, phone etc. I just want my $500 back in my account as told I would after the 30 days or I will get an attorney involved. VERY VERY SHADY!!!!

How can Progress possibly have an A+ rating with BBB? Does customer service account for nothing?? I have been paying pet rent ($35 per pet, per month), for over 1.5 years. Sadly, my first dog passed away on May 12. I notified Progress on May 13 to have him removed from my lease. To add to my grief, I had to euthanize my second dog on May 25. I notified Progress that very day of this. At that time, I learned that my first pet had not yet been removed from the lease, but was told it would be taken care of.
