Houses are overpriced, they dont fix anything, very unprofessional! Will smart mouth you upon calling with your maintenance request orders. Still waiting on repairs from the day that we moved in!! If youre just looking for a pretty house this is the company. If youre not equipped with performing maintenance issues Please do not Rent from them.

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They give you very little information up front. Give you the property without any kind of explanation at all of how utilities work. Then you are left calling in to a call center with people who know nothing.

I currently lease a Progress Residential home in ********* ** near the ****************** area. I moved in during the early winter so there were certain things about the home that were not realized until Spring/Summer. First the Sunroom floor is squishy, walking on it sometimes feels as if you foot my go through. The home is buggy as if there are plenty of invisible cracks and separation bugs can get through. The home us not maintained. When placing service calls the technicians are doing the least like drilling holes in the... read more

False advertising...took the money in 1 day and denied me in less than 48 hours I will not receive a refund for 30 days and it will be a check by mail. Obviously, I need the money back to get housing for myself and two kids. What kind of business is this?

My boyfriend and I applied for a house at *********************. I cant remember exact rental price - and its off the market now. However, it was $2500 or less. My boyfriend and I make a combined income of over $16,000. Were moving from ******* to ****** looking for a rental. We provided ********************** with all necessary tax forms, bank statements, and we both 100% pass background and credit checks. The house we rent now in ****** is $4,000 and we were approved no problem. Anyway - we were denied this property and wer... read more

Will rent you a dirty and damaged home just to charge you for it later, then they will use ********** utility third party to make your move out impossible when you are told you have to close out utilities and pay the full estimated amount for 60 days worth of utilities.

Our experience with Progress Residential has been beyond frustrating and we havent even moved into our rental. As an active military family of four, we recently moved to the ************, ** area to execute our next assignment. Our rental application was approved in March, and our fees were paid. The rental in question was advertised as having a ready date of 6/26.We later learned the ready date is the date the property is estimated to be available for viewing (not for occupying), and it is not firmit can slide for any number... read more

I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my entire life! We were in one of their homes for over two years and left in great standing. After a house fire we reapply to one of their new construction homes in ********* only to be denied. I called this company over 15 times and spend over 10 hours on hold, transferred, hung up on, and basically told we can't help you. They made a mistake and finally one customer service rep found that mistake and told me my application was at a proved status. I spent five days calling... read more

They are charging me to fix their pipes after living at one of their homes for a month. Turns out there was rocks in the pipes. No way would I have known those were in there. Now they are footing me the ****. Absolutely ridiculous.
