I WOULD GIVE NO STARS! THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. RUDE. UN-PROFESSIONAL. THIEVES. LIARS. THE LIST COULD GO ON & ON. FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF LEASING WITH THEM, ITS BEEN NON STOP ISSUES. WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN, THE GAS WASNT ON, TEMPS IN THE HOME WERE FREEZING, WE DIDNT HAVE HOT WATER EITHER. WE WERE TOLD WE NEEDED TO CALL GAS COMPANY AND PAY FOR THEM TO COME OUT, WHICH ALL UTILITIES WERE ALREADY SUPPOSED TO BE ON. THE METER WAS LOCKED AND HAD TO HAVE GAS COMPANY UNLOCK IT. This whole establishment ought to be ashamed of themselves. I have never, in my years of renting a property, ever dealt with such incompetent, lack of customer service individuals. This company is just a complete JOKE! I applied for a rental property about a week ago, got updated emails from Breanna Trinosky stating they are in the process of reviewing my application. Great! Do not rent from them. They are the worst at communicating and have shady business practices. They LOOK and PRETEND to be very professional and they are far from it. I was an added tenant to a lease. I moved out well before the lease was up. The account was in good standing and the lease was renewed, switching to month to month, in the same agreement the primary applicant removed me from the lease and has it in email. Worst customer service. They said I’d get my application refund back since they denied my application and I should receive it within 30 days, it’s now been 60 and I still haven’t received it. Horrible business - they literally stole my money. $350

You cannot count on emergency services with this company. If your fridge stops working, heat fails, or AC fails and it’s after hours or a holiday you are SOL. I have had all of these things happen to me at my rental property. Since their policy changed, I’m disappointed and looking forward to moving.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE CLOWNS HIDDEN FEES THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING AT ALL. DAY ONE SINCE WE MOVED IN A BRAND NEW HOUSE THE APPLIANCES DON'T WORK AND REFUSE TO REPLACE THEM! *******SCUMBAGS DON'T RENT FROM THEM.

This company is run by money-hungry greedy people that do not care about their residents. It is all about charging their tenants for houses that are neglected until they have no choice to fix them. Run! Do not rent from this company.

I’d put 0 stars if possible. I love my house and love living there. But absolutely hate the service of progress residential. My air conditioning has been out for the past 3 days. This is Texas. It gets very hot obviously. Apparently it’s not an emergency unless the temp in your home reaches 85 degrees or above. I told my newborn child this. It didn’t cool him off from the unbearable heat in our home. There is no way to get ahold of anyone after hours to submit an emergency service request. I NEVER write reviews and I feel very compelled to leave a review for this company based on my experience so far. I haven't even been renting for very long with this company and the customer service I have experienced is HORRIBLE! It is almost impossible to reach anyone either by phone or email. When you contact the company with concerns via email, no one ever responds back to you. When you try to call through the generic 800 line number, you just end up on hold for hours.
