Worst property management company there is. Ive dealt with no AC for over a month. And their emergency line is never answered nor do they call back when requested. Some how, when you put in a normal request they will call within a day to get you taken care of. So I have made three service requests for the *** Every time they said it was fixed. Havent been living in the home and now are fighting them in rent that I refuse to pay as ***** degrees is not a livable home.

The home I was renting with was owned by ****************. I lived here for 2 1/2 years. Progress Residential bought the home and we received an email letting us know this. We pay our rent and utilities through the app and have been for years, we are still supposed to pay our bills through this app. None of the utilities are in our name, they were all in ****************' company name. My best advice: Do not apply for a home with this company. I am a physician. I needed to rent this home for a location closer to my employer. I can tell you my credit and financial situation is impeccable. My application was denied. They only want your money. I paid them $489.00 in fees to apply. They have returned none of this. They do not communicate. Getting in touch with them is impossible. This is a true SCAM!

Currently ************************************************* has possible mold. I am a previous tenant and was able to end the lease term early without penalty due to the possibility of mold however am receiving the runaround when I request the follow up mold inspection findings. There was confirmed mold while my family lived in the home however only specific locations within the home were tested. Not the entire house. I would live in my car before renting from Progress again.First, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Everything is routed through their customer service where you will wait an average of one hour EVERY TIME YOU CALL. The customer service cannot help you with anything, all they do is log your request and ask some basic questions from a form they are filling out. Sent thru the ringer to apply for a property only to be "declined" for lack of documentation despite providing my pay stub, offer letter and "proof of deposit" from my bank. They then had the audacity to ask for my organization's bank statements!?! Which I cannot legally provide. I was given no reason as to the declined status and am still waiting on my application refund. Based on the horror stories I have seen I dodged a bullet by not becoming a renter. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have water leak in my lawn for 3 days now.. its literally pumping water out of ground and management was noticed about it the since first day when water started leaking. Thats how they are with just about everything. Very unresponsive.

If there was a way to give -0 star I would! Do not lease with Progress Residential! I always thought the bad reviews I read were just one offs.. but now I believe all of them. We had issues with our **** for over 30 days!!! We were told that we would get an inconvenience fee but never did.. we were lied to from the vendor during the month of the **** issues....do not stay with Progress... unless you want incomplete work orders

Our home is 87 degrees I have called an email several times they send people out and the ac is still not cooling the house how can they expect people to live like this
