Having been a resident of this company's for over 3 years, we were notified by a lawyer today that we were not able to renew as well as not able to move to another location which is owned by them. We pay on time every single month, and even over pay for when they do not comply with our HOA standards. The houses look nice at first but you realize how many times they have just slapped lipstick on a pig to hide the issue leading to much bigger issues they don't care to fix. HORRIBLE. Had black mold in the house and told me to not pay rent only to evict me during COVID. Horrible company. Doesn’t care about you or the next guy. They’re kicking myself and my 6 year old daughter out because the failed to fix issues within the home. And wouldn’t apply my $5000 move in payment towards the rent owed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I applied for a home in March and was denied. It took several phone calls and several emails to find out why I was denied. It has been over 30 days and my $250 holding fee has not been returned! I spoke to an applications employee by the name of Keenan today who was very rude to me. He got severely irritated by answering my questions, and disconnected the call before the problem was resolved. Company reached out to renew our least 3 months before it ended. Where do I begin. This place is a joke. We have been with no AC or heating. Last month someone finally came out and all he did was take pictures and left. I applied, paid, and was a approved for a house that I was later told was unavailable. It was listed and they took my money for the home. I have emails and text messages stating such. They still will not refund my money. They decided to let the current renters stay longer and too bad for us. They then told me I cancelled the lease. I did not. I submitted an application and it was denied due to an error on my identification . Their reps however ran my credit and processed a background. I held for 4 hours to speak with the application team and no one ever answered or responded to my emails.They took my $$ , ran my credit, and declined me instead of allowing me to submit other supporting documents
